They offered me $81

Redeem $81 coupon...I hung-up

left me a garbled voicemail indicating I had a $23 credit from Verizon....which I don't...but they left it on EVERY single line I have with Verizon.
Scam...don't call them back!

Got an automated message from this number. A drab sounding woman with no (distinguishable) accent stating that I was entitled to $43 ("go to verizon43.com and log in to redeem").

I wonder about the range of numbers on these spoof websites that these scammers made. How low did they arbitrarily decide would be too low for anyone to bother or too high for credulity. Or maybe they actually reviewed market data. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually adjusted future messages based on responses on websites like this one.

I got a call from this number at 7:37 pm today

Husband got the call on his cell.  It was an automated message claiming he had just been awarded $25 toward his Verizon account, and it would be applied to his next bill.  I called Verizon and they know NOTHING about this number, nor do they know about the "award"

Got a very garbled message that broke in saying:..."your $23.00. At Verizon we care about you. Have a nice daaaaaaaay." It's a little creepy. I don't know who would fall for it!? Besides I don't have a Verizon account, I'm on my mom's plan.

I didn't answer this call from 800-922-6666 but I tried to call it back and a message says "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect please check it again".They tried to call twice, back to back

same thing on 2 phone, yesterday and today.

Scam call from 800-922-0204 offering $45 off my bill with Verizon.  

Guys, come on. When it sounds fishy and non professional, do you really think that it would be coming from Verizon? They are a professional company with a huge marketing budget. Do you really think that a recording that sounds that bad would be what they would put out? Nope, it is likely a virus. MALWARE that they are trying to infect you with. Verizon45.com does NOT belong to Verizon, in fact that domain is NOT even in the registrar for domain names. So don't pay attention to it!

I keep getting numerous calls from this number.......even on my onstar stating that I can get a $45.oo credit from verizon

said to log into my verison45.com to redeem $45. this was #800-922-0204

this is the 2nd time this number has called with a cash back offer.

Yes I am a Verizon customer and I got a message from this number saying that I go to www.verizon45.com to redeem my 45 dollars. I am a prepaid customer so im not foolish to go there. It was November 10 2013 at 1:19 pm  I know its not Verizon or the limousine company really calling, its a type of thing scammers use to trick the caller id. That's what I learned when checking other telemarketers numbers one day. Hope this helps

I received a a call from this number on November 7th but was on a wilderness hike and didn't see the call until later.  I don't answer toll-free calls anyway.  Ironically I also got a call on the same day, a few hours apart, from a  1-800-922-7777.

I use StraightTalk which uses Verizon lines and have only recently been getting these kinds of calls.  If I do not recognize the number, I simply don't answer the call

Got a garbled MEssage fri and sat about 45.00 and go to the website Verizon 45....very difficult to understand.

Received two calls from the number at 12:43pm and 5:29pm on Saturday November 9th both time messages were left was cracking up saying stuff about logging into Verizon account to redeem $45 gift

I have received calls from 18009226000 today several times on my cell phone. I didn't answer and no one left a message. Thank you for posting that the calls are fraudulent. I hope the authorities find out who it is soon.

My wife and I received calls from this # on 11/10/13 promising $45 if we logged onto Verizon45.com

Got a message on my Verizon cell phone to go to verizon45.com and have $45 taken off my bill.  Garbled, hard-to-understand message.  Obviously a scam.

800 922 6666 called and said to get $45 from my verizon account to go to a website. I don't have a verizon account.

Of course it's not from Verizon, so why do you think that they can stop the scammers from calling?  The scammers are spoofing this number, probably from overseas.  
If some scammer was spoofing your number and someone told you about it, could you stop it?  How would you like to be told that you were part of the problem?  It's not Verizon's fault that their number is being spoofed.
