I received a charge from this company for 4 magazines, no notice of a subscription renewal fee and almost $100 in charges for subscriptions and a nice overdraft fee to go with it. I called 18772941093 was the only time I was able to speak with a human. She then proceeded to tell me that she had an offer for me and I insisted that the only offer she had for me was to refund my money and cancel my subscription. After the second no thank you, I'm not interested , I want to cancel and I want a refund , she finally got it and agreed to cancel my subscription and to refund my account within 48 to 72 hours. It is 11/15/2012..I will come back and let you know if it worked.

Thank you sooo much for this number I am just so excited to talk to a real person. I signed up for a 45 day free trial offer good for 4 magazines. I called and asked if I could cancel this trial offer and they said it takes up to 45-72 hours to show up in their system. It is Dec. 15, 2011. They told me to call back on Monday which I will do. Thanks so much this number could be the answer I need!

I got two charges on my credit card statement: one for 39.00 in December 2009 for Reader's Digest, and one for $24.00 in January 2010 for Parenting Early Years.  I never ordered these magazines through this entity.

When I called 877-781-3425 the first time, the automated service allowed me to cancel the Reader's Digest subscription, but stated they would refund only $35.10 of the $39.00 charge.  The next day, I called and pressed "0" multiple times for an operator.  The line was disconnected as soon as she asked for my name (not sure if it was accidental or??).  I called again and finally got another operator who said my subscriptions were ordered when I did a survey on BizRate.com.  It was a "gift," according to her.  She said she'd cancel the subscriptions and put in a request for the refund of the balance on the RD charge.  Will see if it gets credited.

Hard for me to call from Australia too to try and cancel this :( I will have to go into my bank tomorrow and report this as FRAUD. How upsetting. Imagine how many ppl they are doing this too.

I had this same issue as well and found the following number by default: 877-294-1093. This is the only number where I can speak to someone directly. They said they would send me a refund for the magazines within 72 hours. This was the easiest and best method.

Thanks Tina, had charges on it from some 4wheeler magazine subscription. With your phone number I was able to cancel and was promised to have my money refunded!

I just found that they charged my checking account $29 for Horse and Rider, which I had not ordered. This caused  an overdraft charge of $70. Why are they a able to continue doing this? I called and they want me to fax my bank statement, which is fine, but now I have to go somewhere to fax this info, which is costing me time and money, when this is not my fault in the first place.  Is there a way that this kind of poor business can be stopped?

I saw they charged me $20 for Better Homes, I did not order. At first I was frustrated that I could not get a hold of someone. But it finally couldnt understand me so it fwd me to a person and she was real patient with me and got the situation corrected. So far the charges are being refunded.

So I called them today and they said that I took care of it last night online and the refund should be coming shortly, they seemed very nice...it also stated that they got my information from when I bought an Entertainment coupon book.

I just got done going to the website and cancelling 3 different orders and got the same cancel confirmation number for all three, I have a feeling this in its self is a trick(the number was 146169108) and I had to keep saying no thanks to multiple other offers just to get to this point.

Just noticed that this company did this to me twice in the last month, please let me know if anyone has success getting reimbursed?

Have any of you actually gotten the refund they promised when you called?  I just called and they said I should expect the refund within 24-72 hours.

I did not call them.  I did not order any magazines.  A charge of $22 appeared on my credit card statement for twx(code number)/wms health.  I called my card provider and reported it as fraud.  It is credit card fraud pure and simple.

same thing happened to me.. I saw on my pending transactions that I had been charged $20.00 for the magazine Fitness, which I did not order. I canceled the subscription online, and the status of the order then said "active, no renewals" and so I was concerned that I was still going to get charged. I called the number and talked to a stubborn operator who told me that I was still going to be charged the $20.00, but my subscription after a year would not renew. After some arguing, he finally agreed to refund the money. UGH! What a hassle to go through for something I did not want!

Received magazines I did not order...They charged to my debit account and I don't even know how I got my account#.
Ended up Closing my debit card#.
I reported to BBB!!

You might want to try this phone # 800-927-9578 if the other 800 # does not work.  I just placed an order for 4 "free" magazines and they got the order wrong on confirmation so now I have to try to call to straighten it out tomorrow.  The office opens 7 days 8a-12 midnight Eastern Time Zone.

Same deal...received a People Magazine....$12.50 charged to my debit account for a magazine I never ordered....closed my debit account. I called the 800 number and hit 0 a bunch of times and finally got put on hold to speak with an operator....took about 10 minutes...operator told me it was a Transworld Entertainment promotion??? No idea..told her I want my account credited the money and she told me it will be....wi\e shall see.

Not call but the only thing most people get is this number. It is said to be a gift for shopping with a online site. Some gift it so far cost me $205 and if I can't get them to stop more will be added. I order something form Frederick's of Hollywood in December and these charges started this month. When I call the number that appered on my statement I got a automated service that try to trick you into more charges. I finally found the website that still want give you any info on how to talk to a real person or help you cancel the so call gift. I got the same thing happening to me.
