This number 800-928-8584 called my direct line at the office. No one answered at their end.

I just got this call and it says "hello" hangs up

I do know there are these special call boxes. I'm not making this up...that pick up info through your phone line. Thieves trying to gte info from your computer, credit info, bank etc .etc. can all be obtained through the phone line. I'm not making this up.

2 years ago someone tried to do a western wire transfer with my bank account....except the caller id at western union showed a JUMBLED name of letters. So they were suspicious. They told me about these boxes these thieves have that hunt down info while you are on the line. So if you get these again folks. Just hang up after a few seconds. They are trying to connect and read info off your phone line connected to your computer etc .etc.

Daily, sometimes more than once a day, annoying call with computer voice saying hello.  Would love to get my hands around the neck of this annoynig telemarketer!@

Receive 3 or calls a day from this company. Same as above, computer generated "hello" then line goes dead. One call did come through and they tried to sell me filipino long distance. I told them not to call, but I still keep getting calls from the same 800 number.

i got a call from that number 2 days in a row. I said "hello" and whoever was on the other end said "hello" in a really creepy voice like in a scary movie. and then when you call back it is a dead signal or it says that "the number you've reached is not a working number."

When I picked up, there was a female electronic voice that says "hello" then hangs up.  What is this?  I called the number and get the same message as everyone else.  

They call at least 2 times a day.

I got a call from this number around 8:30 tonight. When I picked up, all I heard was a dial tone and when I called it back, I got the same message as everyone else.

i got called by this number (1800-928-8584), and same as with above people, nobody answered on the other end. I tried calling back and got a message saying that the number i called couldn't be reached...

Third day in a row we've received call from this number.  Run to the phone & no one/nothing there.  Try calling the number back & get a message that "the number you are calling is not a working number. please try your call again or check with directory assistance."  What a pain!
