We keep getting calls from a Greg who tells us to shut up when we talk and is the most rude and arrogant person.  Don't know how on earth he thinks he is going to get sales that way, but he is trying to sell us a de-greaser and calls his company Olympic Industries.  Beware

this company operates under ACE INDUSTRIAL, VISION INDUSTRIES, OLYMPIC INDUSTRIES, and CROWN please be advised they are all the same scammers.

I received a call from "Doug" at Vision. Bought the 8L deal. Decent stuff. He called today to tell me my "split" shipment was ready and I should receive the remaining 80L in two weeks. I said "what 80L?" and he snapped. He told me I argeed to this and he could play back the recording. Wanted to speak to my GM and I told him he would continue to speak to me. He threatened to call my boss at home while he was eating his desert. I told  him I had paid for the trial and didn't want any more product. He started yelling and I told hit to F**K himself and asked if he got that on tape. What a bunch of losers!

These guys call at least twice a month and I tell them to go f@#$ themselves every time, but they keep calling back. They must like it.

Does any one have a physical address to return their products that i did not order. The packing slip just had a PO Box for Morganville N.J. They claim that our company had ordered $11,000 worth of degreaser and will not give me a physical address to ship it back without payiong them $1500 re stocking fee. Any help would be great.

Vision called me as well, twice now in the last couple months. He gave me his talk. Same info as what is written above. I politely told him that we buy locally and to take our number off of his call list and then I hung up so I wouldnt have to listen to him anymore. I immediately got a call back and the guy said "next time dont hang up on me you f**k face, quit being a little b***h." I thought that was pretty awesome. This company ruins it for the legit ones trying to do business. Can't these guys be shut down?

I had 7 calls from Vision Industries this morning between 7:52AM and 8:31AM from "Eric" and "Ken". My maintenance manager listened to the guy for a bit and unfortunately they just wouldn't stop calling back. After I repeatedly told them we weren't interested, they refused to stop calling back until they spoke with him again. When he told them we ARE NOT INTERESTED for the final time...Ken said "Oh. Okay then. Have a good day...and f**k you!" I love great customer service in the morning. Tell these guys to take a hike!!

Bill Wyatt with Vision Industires called and could get no where with me because I caught on that he was a scam.  He was so mad I could hear him vibrate. He has tried a second time and when I answered he didn't try to argue with me. So hopefully he will give up.  It is too bad that we always need to be on gaurd for these people that prey on the innocent working people.  Bill should get a real job and work honestly like the rest of us.

as anyone ever got a call from them guys with a phone number. ive had this issue for the past two years now and the same thing, always on a private call. to this point i dont iven answer private callers anymore as purchaser.

yeah, that;s right. and on top of it all there into there spring promotions, this promotion on my side as been on for the past two years,, they will ask you for your home address so they can have deliver some sport jursey. yeah think about that twice.  bunch of a*****. who knows what they can do then wonce the address i given, and just the tought that there asking for it is even worst.. so dont go liking there a** little sucker...

I've had a second thought about returning the product, we will keep it at our location and Steve, Ben, or whatever his name is this week can come pick it up.  And he can bring Lou with him (Lou's the fella he was sending out to put a "boot up our managers a**".  They can "rot in hell" before they will ever get payment for the product.

This guy is a SICKO.  He sent unauthorized product to our shop, which we are returning COLLECT.  He has threatened the manager and owner of the company with disgusting verbal abuse.  He outright lies!!!!!  I want this guy to lose our number.

A new name to add to this same scam...Elite Electric. A man called from "Elite Electric" and asked for the shop manager about an order he put in, so I put him through, then the shop manager told him he is not in charge of purchasing which then he gave him the purchasing guys' name, he then called back asking for him, saying his full name, so I put him on hold, then he hung up.
I then researched this company and it turned out that it's an actual company here is Canada, I phone them and they said it was not them who phoned and they have gotten many calls from people asking them to stop phoning.
I am pissed; Im pretty sure this company is getting right pissed at these guys, and I will let them know when they call next!
This is in no way bashing the Canadian Company "Elite Electric" BTW; they were very nice with me, and seemed very pissed at what's going on.

Had these guys try to deliver 20  5 gallon pails ...did not sign for it..sent it back----today MR RITCHIE ROBBINS phoned me and said that I have topay a 20% restocking fee wich works out to about 500.00
but instead he will knock 500 dollars off the original pice of 2100.00, or he could get Visions legal team involved and I would be forced to pay

Yup, you can ignore these clowns but they never leave you alone...mine is Ken Davis.  And...anyone who comes on here and says their product is good, it is probably them.  Like the doorknob above us (Steve) in the messages here.

same thing here, the first time i put them through to ur shop manager, but he did not pick up, then asked for maintenance manager, and he picked up, came back to me and said they spoke to "maintenance manager's name" and he said the "mainteneace manager" told him to speak to purchasing manager, i put him through to someone completely off the topic, who just loves to tell those people off, lol; and sure enough he did, but they call, TWICE A DAY NOW! what can i say as someone who cant be to mean, because i am right upfront and customers would hear me, lol; to tell them to go away?

I have experienced problems with these idiots - years ago i ordered 3-20 litre pails of degreaser and they shipped 12 - 45 gal barrels , our reciever just put away and did not hand over packing slips then 2 months later the bills started rolling in - i owned alot of degreaser
i have asked them several times to stop calling and have even threatened legal avenues they keep calling
have used every adjective available to discourage these morons from calling

I have been recieving phone calls from a guy who calls himself tobi at "allied industries" attempting to get autherization for a shipment no one ordered so i decicided to try to find the company's website for validation and found this long list of complaints, just another fraud attempt

whats the deal with telling you they have recorded conversations about orders? is that even legal to do? i pretty sure this is the biggest scam going in dealerships right now. my favorite is when the loser swears at ya and then hangs up. then some other d-bag has the nerve to call back next month. bunch of losers

I received a call from Bill Wyatt with Vision Industries last year and he told me I had ordered some de-greaser and soap in the smaller pails which I did not.  So as we proceeded he wanted my delivery address and when I would not give it to him he called me a F****ng Moron and hung up on me.  Then I received another call from Bill Wyatt today asking if I remember him and I asked if he rembered me and I quoted our last conversation and he called me a F****ng Moron again and hung up.  I will be calling Bill Wyatt anytime I get a chance so I can do the same and hang up on him it will be a fun game.

we are going through the same deal right now; they call the shop manager, tell them they have a delivery; tell him someone else ordered it (a manager whose name they know), but they cant deliver it without a PO; he says no PO, and they say can i have averbal, and he says yes (b/c he believes someone else at the company ordered it), and they deliver $600 worth of soapy water, then harrass you hard to get paid; they won't accept it back either . . .

Scammers from Brooklyn, NY who keep calling until they get someone to order VERY expensive cleaners. Hang Up Immediatly. The are using at least 3 company names: Vision Industries, Bel Labs, Allied Industries. The calls come from a telemarketing boiler-room. They will always call saying they talked to someone other than you and that person approved the shipment to you of their product. They will explain how they saved you lots of money on the product and that the large volume's are now available in smaller volumes just to meet your needs. Be very aware these are pro scammers.

These guys are a scam selling degreaser for 10 times the cost of everybody else, also very poor boston accent, I hope these fockers rot in hell. Its the same crap that everyone else has posted.
