They keep calling my home, they are VERY rude...  They also call from (312) 985-0022
They will not tell you who they are, they ACT very much like a collections company, ready to argue at a drop of a hat!

Received a call from this company at work yesterday afternoon about 3pm. The first six digits that appeared on my caller ID was 713-574, which is a local number. A lady name Jackie Taylor wanted to speak to me. I told her I am not allowed to take personal calls at work and that I would call her later.  She gave me this number to return the call: 800-832-5786.  I did not return the call after checking out the number on this site. This morning, I received a call from them on my cell but the number on my caller ID was 832-632-4584. Same lady, same contact number.  If they are based in another state, then why do 2 separate local numbers show up on my caller ID?  Sounds suspicious to me.

I have been receiving these phone calls everyday and they do not leave messages on my answering machine. It is very annoying. They had purchased one of my creditors that is now closed. I agree with the one that had said it is harassment because it is. I wish they would stop but they. They will eventually get the message and quit calling when we do not answer the phone when they call. It is only getting them mad.

Call from 505-349-8249, message that ws left had call back 800-932-5786.  Name of company different than last time they called, reported to State Attorney General Office.  Now can contact State Attorney General Office again, and let them know they have called again after stop calling request was sent to them by Attorney General.

"Jerranese" from MRS has called everyone I know trying to find me under my maiden name, which I haven't used in over 14 years!!  When I attempt to contact them, there is no answer.  How does one stop this???

And they even work on Independence Day, Sundays too?! Wow!

This "company" calls me every single day. Now, I set up a ringer on my phone from the Geico commercial with the movie guy. How about the Geico commercial with the pancake syrup?

i have also got  these callers as well-  no live person  on my cell phone no less

more of the same.  auto dialer - no one on the other line - no message - blah blah
i called back to get the name of the company because they left no info what so ever as to the nature  of the call
i hung up - dude calls me back like 5 times acting like my best friend leaving stupid messages - but still nothing as to what the call is about

I keep getting calls on my cell# EVERYDAY!!! I wait for the call to leave me a messege on the voicemail and NOTHING!!! Not even a name. So today I GOOGLED the # from my cell phone list and this is what came up. APPARENTLY my name has been used by other persons, because last month I did a "credit report" on MY BIRTH NAME, and it showed that I have bought 6 NEW CARS in the last 7 years( I have NEVER OWNED nor PURCHASED a new car in my entire life!), PLUS that I have 3 HOMES, which I have NEVER OWNED EITHER!, so my name has been used for these purchases and apparently have gone into default and now I AM the one who is getting these calls. HOW this company got MY CELL # is beyond me, but PLEASE have them "cease and deceast" these calls. I HAVE contacted the 3 credit agencies that gave me this information and told them I did not know WHO
bought these purchases , but that they DO NOT belong to me, to have them taken off MY NAME. They gave instructions on what is needed from me and I have done so, but these calls KEEP COMING. I WANT THEM ALL STOPPED, PLEASE!

Just called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a COMPLAINT against the MRS Collection Agency...spoke with OLIVIA: she advised the MORE COMPLAINTS THEY get the more likely they are to take ACTION.  CALL THE FTC at : 1-877-382-4357.  She also advised to call the Consumer protection/Attorney General for my state.  YOU CAN MAKE THIS STOP.  PICK UP YOUR PHONE/ WRITE a LETTER. As noted in the CONSTITUTION of these United States, "We the people..."

I am a previous employee of mrsassociates and everyone that has wrote on here is correct they are a horrible debt collection agency that have supposedly purchased old debts. They talk to people like dogs and threaten then well i hope none of you are worried and if you are dont be everything they say or do is basically a ''scare tactic'' they know they cant force anyone to actually pay so they threaten them instead now i didnt work for this company very long and before i did i never even heard of them or there reputation but i was unemployed for awhile and had my resume listed online and got a horrible a call one day had an interview and got the job we went through about two weeks of training which was nothing compared to when we were actually on the phones calling people i watched and listened to so many of my co workers call and when they actually got them on the phone just berate them like dogs it was disgusting well after about a week i was ''let go'' from the company and they wouldnt tell me why so i got there a**es for unemployment and was happy to not be working there any longer and now i no longer work in collections you cant treat people like dogs but telling them not to call you anymore wont do much they have a system to where they can get a hold of your neighbors even to get contact info on you its insane but its true

I am only 22 and have no debt. They call me everyday. Twice a day, back-to-back. When I answer, there is a recording saying "please wait" "please wait". No one is going to wait. When I call back, there is a dead tone. You'd think after about a month of this, they would STOP calling me. Just got the third call within the last 30 minutes while writing this! You've got to be kidding me.

Early Morning calls; Late evening Calls; all throughout the day...Auto-generated calling machines that leave a one-way message that I'd BETTER call them back RIGHT AWAY...when I'm a WRONG NUMBER ...I've called them back OVER and OVER and told them they had the WRONG NUMBER...ALL to No Avail...either they're STUPID or just INCOMPETENT...not a Great Choice there...So to WHICH AGENCY should this Be Reported to make them CEASE and DESIST when it's really NONE of THEIR Business WHO I AM or WHAT MY NUMBER IS or ANY OTHER INFORMATION since I'm not the Person they Say they're looking for and I've NEVER had any Business dealings with them (credit or otherwise)...I'm not interchangeable with whomever it is they're looking for and they WON'T ACCEPT CORRECTION!!! Help.

I get calls from this company all the time usually hang ups even when I'm able to pick up the phone.  They started something new auto-repeating digital voice saying hello over and over again for 15 times until the phone hangs up. What can be done about this.

MRS Associates and Angela Stuckey. What a lovely group of obnoxious folks. Apparently they purchased an old debt that is way beyond the SOL in my state. I will send a kiss off letter and proceed to sue on the next call or any information that shows up in my credit reports. They threatened my wife for a while, gave a callback number and hung up. (800-932-5786) Oh wait, we have until 5:30 to call them back today! (or else) Or else what? Will Guido or Vinny show up?

I had these people call me and ask for my husband.  When I told him that he wasnt there he began to tell me that we had an outstanding debit with a car finance company.  He told me it was from 8 yrs ago.  I told him the only car we had taken was settled in an agreement with the finance company.  He told me that this was on my husband credit report and that if there was a settlement it was not showing and they werent going to investigate it, that it is was my problem.  We have pulled our credit report and there is nothing of what this man was saying showing on our credit report.  I had to hang up on him because he was yelling at me and telling me that I better take care of this or else.  Be aware that this is illegal to threaten anybody and to also lie about someones credit report or to dicuss it with anybody but the person who owes the debt.  My husband and I have made it our personal pet to look up the laws concerning debt collectors and what their boundries are.  You have rights.  Take time to google and find out what your rights are.  There are 3-4 steps in stopping this kind of illegal behavior.  DONT TAKE IT.  GO AFTER THEM.

Call and it only rings once.  Usually happens just in the A.M.

Call yesterday afternoon and again this morning.  They left a message the first time, but not the 2nd.

2 calls from these cheats,thieves,liars,scum or whoever. i give the silent treatment as an answer and listen, but noone is brave enough to speak. maye voice activated? I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST! anyway they can shove it!

3x today.  Twice within an hour.  WTF!
