Nick Patel call me at 12:05 9/13 and said I qualified for the Bank of America Modification Program .. I called my bank and reported him to fraud department .. he called me back several times.

I keep getting annoying calls from this nick patel dude, he is making threats of me loosing my house if i dont pay him $600 iam current in my mortagage, i have contacted thebank and spoke to like 5 different reps they all tell me i am current. I spoke to the fraud dept at bank of america and was advise this person does not work for BOA and not to continue talking to him. He called me from a 940-343-7906   , 404-610-4575,   678-714-7275 i told him to stop calling me he when off on me saying my home will go into a foreclosure and i will loose my intrest rate and my modification. I have spoke to ther bank abt this but i am going to submitt this in writing directly to the bank so this can ge further investigated we need to know who this NICK PATEL IS???

Got an unnerving call from a guy Nick Patel who stated my home was going to undergo foreclosure.
Gave me a direct number to call him back on which was 940-343-7906.

Called the bank and notified fraud.  These prowlers that are out to scam individuals should be stopped.
