Called and asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate on credit card. When asked whats the # on the card they were talking about they were very rude and said I must not  need the rate lowered very much and hung up phone. I called # back and it was disconneted.

Does not leave message.
Calls Daily.
Will report to FTC.

Calls routinely from the listed phone number then hangs up once the answering machine starts.
