student loans

ISCA called me and stated they were going to garnish my wages for unpaid student loan. MY LOAN WAS PAID OFF 10 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!  The lady told me she's only allowed 5 minutes to talk to me and couldn't pull up my account w/o giving her my SS#. I refused!!!  She said then your wages will be garnished. She called my JOB!! She couldn't even tell me how she got my job phone number or even my name b/c she calls so many people.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
