i get these txt messages all the time.am on no call list. they nned to be stopped. tired of them costing me money.

I got a text from them, too.  Too bad there isn't a way to make THEM pay the charges!

Told my cell phone company to reverse the charges & told my bank to get my money back - I use a password with my bank account so they (the bank) was at fault for allowing them to take the money

I have serious concerns about Myxer. The day after I signed on for the service, I started receiving 4-5 calls a day from a robo-dialer, same phone number. The message started "We have an important call for you, wait for the next available agent." Of course, I hung up, and I ignored all the others. My number is strictly private and known to just a few people. And Myxer! 4-5 call daily for weeks. Every day, I reported them to the FCC. Then the calls started to go down to maybe one a day. THEN I went back on Myxer, and the next day, and the phone calls - 4-5 daily - started again. This went on for 2 days, and now, no calls at all. I assume that the FCC went after them and warned them I am on the No Call List. I am thinking somewhere in the fine print, Myxer says they will occasionally give your number to others, but I am not certain of this. Maybe it was hacked. But I attest that harassing telemarketing calls started after I signed up for Myxer! The number 267 401-1051.

I called the 800 number from a blocked phone.  After haggling with the agent 3179 about their address he gave me this address:

You should go to the FCC website and file a complaint against these people.  Use this address in the complaint form.

Although they could not identify the location the call was made from, they did credit me back on my pre-paid account.
I have now opted to a rate plan that is unlimited talk and message/photos for $60./month.
High for me, but only phone I have and if you need to "press 1 for english" and get put on hold.......
(I have to work out mistakes to my: IRS, SSID, DMV, and work inquiries)
so it has proven to be an essential choice!    Larry

Our phone service providers like to make extra money by selling our phone numbers to telemarketers.  I am with T-Mobile, and have started getting more and more similar marketing texts.

This # text me and when I checked it it automatically stole money off of my phone for opening it,how can I stop this from happening? My cell phone is a lifeline phone for medical purposes only they give me a small amount of minutes every month.
I don't know who or why these people are sending me this crap on my phone or how they got my number to begin with.
This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks all 1800 #s but different things this one for rental the others for giftsnow what ever that is how did these people get this number its not on my computer I don't put this number on anything.
Does any one know how I can block these text messages?
They steel my minutes and charge my phone money and then that takes my minutes.It should be illegal for them to steal money off of cell phones esp, medical phones.
