I had 10 empty voice messages from this number today!  And three yesterday!

I had 12 empty voice messages on my machine in a matter of 2 hours.

i keep getting calls over and over from this number.  when i call back, i get a message in spanish then a message that says, "we are not in the office at the moment, call back later." and it hangs up

has called here 6 times in the last 2 hrs. i didn't answer the call and let it go to the answering service. all they did was keep the line open and say nothing at all.

I HAD THREE CALLS TODAY FROM THIS NUMBER

Received call at 7:15 a.m. from 800-941-0363.  Caller said nothing at all, but I could hear breathing.  I said hello several times but the only response was breathing into the phone. Then the caller hung up.

They called me twice from the "0362" number today. They said their home page is www.creditrepairbylawyers.com and said they work for "Financial Education of America".  I don't know if they're telling me the truth or not.

you talk about horrible accents... Ha you can't even spell......

These  people  have called me and told me they were a student fianancial aid releif company .They wanted me to verify my adress no big deal than the lady told me she needed to confirm my bank account number. I told her
I dont give out that information on the phone than she put me over to the supervisor who told me that he had the last four #'s of it and that he would convince me other wise that it was safe to give it out I told him to mail documentation first and then said if you have my account # number than to read it to me he than said his cpu's were down .oh yeah they were going to give me a hundred dollar gas card and other gift's Is this a scam?????

THEY ARE CALLING ME EVERY DAY

You guys can go on the do not call registry link and file a complaint about this company.  Be prepared to give the company name, address and phone number.  They are American Financial Restoration.

I also just got a phone call from this number and am going to send an email requesting that they do not contact me via phone or email or a damn magic carpet.  The aggravating thing is that I never had any problems until I registered my cell phone with the do not call registry.  Now I get telemarketers texting me at all hours of the day including 5 a.m. when I'm snoozing away.  ARGH.

18009410363 American Financial Restoration "the experts for credit restoration".  I receive calls from several numbers and started google-ing them and came across this site.  So now when I receive a "weird" call I look it up here.  The above number calls me several times a day and they are a credit clean-up company and are making cold calls.  If you call them back and ask to be removed from their list they will respond immediately and remove your number.  I have recently requested that they remove my number and have not received anymore calls.  The gentleman I spoke with was also very kind and understanding.

calls me everyday.  called six times today. called at 12:48pm, 1:27pm, 2:57pm, 2:58pm, 3:00pm, and 3:03 pm. but its only 3:15 right now and they probably will call again.  i answered the last  two calls, only because i was ready to cuss someone out for calling 4 times back to back, and no one was even on the line both times.  i called them back then and it informed me that i couldn't talk to anyone because it was after normal business hours.  if they are closed for the day then why are they calling me, over and over!  i can't wait to talk to their butts now!

These people have called me nine times already today, and it's only 4:00pm. I spend way too much time deleting the 3-second voicemails they leave so that I can leave room in my inbox for people who actually have something IMPORTANT to say.

I am on the DoNotCall list, but they ignore that, and Vonage doesn't let us block numbers, so I have no real way to stop the harassment.

I could not believe the number of people who posted here with the same complaints. This is absurd.

Over 10 calls per day.
I called them and asked to be taken off their list.
They said they would.
Next day - over ten calls.

keep getting phone calls to my cell phone which eats up my money. Can they be stopped?

I got a call from this number just barely, some Hispanic guy.  i told him to take me off their list after he went through a huge spiel about this and that. Having been a telemarketer myself before, i was nice about it.  hopefully they will take me off now.  But I was also only incoming.  they were telling me how they could help me fix my credit.  but my credit is in the top percentages.  so i'm not sure what they thought they could get me to do.

calls 2/3 x a night...i pick it up and they don't say anything and then they hang up....

They called from 800-941-0363.... It was an asian guy, he bugged me so i hung up. He called back, i simply answered the phone asking "DIDNT I ALREADY HANG UP ON YOU ONCE"?  They called back again, i am really mad right now!!

They keep calling, no one there. FInally someone responded, man with an accent. Told him to take me off his list, my number was registered with do not call. Hope it works.

This number keeps calling my cell phone all day. ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!

If any one with some law experience is willing to help coordinate a law suit, I'll be really happy to help. They've been calling and hanging up on me daily for about two months now.

This company also calls from: 800-941-0362.
I blocked incoming calls from their XX62 number on my cell phone and they started calling me from XX63.  Theres also more people (on this site) annoyed by this company's antics under the XX62 number.

This number keeps calling my phone over and over for the past week.  When answered nobody says anything.  I call it back and get no response.   Please shut this number down!!  enough is enough Thank YOu
