We got a Inquiry Card...

The whole company is crooked.  Royal Chemical or whatever they are called tries to offer you "special deals" and once you order continue to ship you more product because that was part of the "special price."  They broke the invoice down into 4 different sheets and charged shipping on each one when the product was shipped on 1 skid.  Stay away and do not do business with this company.

This is a Scam! The salt is junk. Our maintenance man had chemical burns on his hand. Our bill came out to be $3,000. and you must take the whole skidd. Royal Chemical.

They also indicated that they were calling because somebody from the organization submitted a inqury card from a magazine.  They were less than professional and clearly lacked knowledge of the product.  We could also hear other associates in the background trying to work "deals"...

We got a call from this number (800) 942-2024 and extension 276 indicating that they were selling sidewalk salt that was guaranteed to not freeze for 14-18 hours by keeping the snow liquified and not be carried inside by shoes and boots.  It was to be used sparingly because it was so effecient.  It initally sells for $239/lb with a minimum 400 lb order.  They then offered to sell with 200 lb minimum, then 100 lb minimum for $239.    Research of this number is listed on several scam sites.
