can anyone provide any information on this number?

I got a call from them and am considering a refi on a loan. This is why I am on this site to check them out. So far have not found any negative issues.

I got a letter from them and decided to call since they said in the letter "No fees until you approve the deal".  So far they have been very nice and have not asked for anything unreasonable.  I'll follow up with more once I get into the process

I dealt with them and got a 30 year fixed at 5.125 in January.  I called a lot of other places and they told me that it would be impossible for them to deliver.  However, they did and it was an extremely painless process. I highly recommend them.

Is it cost effective?(multiply total loan by interest and divede by 12 and then by 3
Will money be save?
Will you be able to qualify in 3 years for another loan?
Can you pay it all, if you do not qualify in 3 years.
is it interest only for 3 years. (this by itself will tell you if they want to screw you over)
