I got a call from this number regarding my husbands US cellular account and my account has nothing to do with his account. I'm on my dads. My husband has been getting calls from numbers he doesnt know, and he doesnt answer. I'm not the main line on my dads account so i shouldnt be getting the phone calls/texts let alone messages for a separate account. Lame.

received two calls from this number tonight...one at 6:17 pm and the next at 7:01 pm. I don't answer unfamiliar numbers. No messages were left either time. When I got home I did a google search and came to this page. After reading the posts, I called US Cellular. She said they have NOT called me at all today and that my account is in good standing. She had not heard of that phone number before and recommended i NOT call back or answer. She denied any affiliation between the number 800-950-1335 and US Cellular. She also said that EVERY time US Cellular contacts a customer via phone call, a voicemail message is left. Always.

Calling calling calling, no messages. I don't answer 800 calls at work, and honestly not very often when I'm home. I'll call your company if I need you, and you'll leave me a message if you are legitimate. Don't know who this is, my bills are all  paid. Harassment like this wouldn't provoke me to pay anyway. It would provoke my to leave your company.

US Cellular will attempt to contact customers on those contact numbers customers provided. Unfortunately, US Cellular does not always receive updated information when customer information changes. NON-Customers should contact us. Advise which message you receive and ask to review if your number is being called and remove the number from the respective dial list. We will assist with these requests. Also, selecting O will by-pass the requirement to enter a telephone number and take you to a live person. Hope this was helpful.

Then why is US Cellular calling my number? I am not now, nor have I ever been a US Cellular customer AND I have had this number for over a year. There is no reason for US Cellular to call me except to SELL me something, making it an illegal telemarketing call to a cell phone.

Those who say they are reminding you of paying a bill because someone is late IS WRONG. My mom owns the account and is NOT getting any messages or texts from them. I am just a line on the account and am getting them every day. I asked my mom if she is late and she already paid the bills, yet I am still getting them. They are very annoying and woke me up on my day off. My mom called USC and they said our account is fine, so why would we get these texts/phone calls/messages? Spam no doubt.

I just received a call from 800-950-1335 right after I got a call from 888-533-1310. The second call left a voicemail message. It was the Office of the CEO at Bank of America asking me to call them back. (I had previously filed complaints against Bank of America with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currecy at the U.S. Treasury).

I pay my bill on time - I just got a call from these people.  It may or may not be US Cellualar's fault - but either way, I'm changing companies.  Second call!  Plus Sprint is so much cheaper and offers more!  Good bye US - lie to me to be me to buy your plan - Cellular.

yesterday they called me at 11.22, 1.49, 3.02, 4.05, 4,56, 6.53, 8.16, and today at 12.33. Thats 8 calls! are you kidding me?! and never one VM, i do not answer numbers i dont know. if its important, leave a message. i have read on other pages its a scam from US Cellular, or its a debt collector for US Cellular, or its simply a reminder call from them about a past due bill. If it is a legit number, STOP calling that frequently. US Cellular, you are going to p****off all your customers.

It is NOT a Collection agency number. Most of our customers appreciate the reminders since it helps customers ensure their bills are paid in a timely manner. This does not only ensure that services remain active, it also prevents fees associated with suspends for non-payment, hence keeping our customers bills lower.
US Cellular contacts customers both via Text and Calls to provide these reminders. The reminders will continue as long as we do not hear back from the customer, or as long as the account is past due.
If you are unsure about a message left, you can always feel free to either call 611 from your US Cellular phone, or any of our toll free numbers. These calls are always free (and do not use your minutes).

I worked for US cellular, and no there is no grace period.  If you do not pay your bill on the date due, then it is late.  They will give you a $15 day grace period before they disconnect you.  I should know... I was the one disconnecting you. ;)

uscellular only sends out msg when customer are past due..so if your getting txt msg then your either not paying on time or getting them from someone else..not the companies fault you cant pay your bill on time

They are NOT from US Cellular! I just got off the phone with US Cellular. I asked about this text/number. I'm dropping US Cellular ASAP, as soon as I move. I will gladly pay the 3 months to drop them, they harass on the phone all the time and leave messages, and my account is not overdue even one cent! My account is due on the 15th, have til the 25th to pay late with no penalty. I used to answer the phone, "I don't take calls from restricted numbers" and hang up on them, so now they leave texts. This is the 2nd month in a row they've left me a text message to call them at that number. They left me one Monday July 13th; my payment is not due until tomorrow. I can't wait to fire them.
