Take me off your call list

Called three times in a row today.  Was once a customer, but no longer required the products.  They just do not give up.   I am on the No Call register.

Just answer "Audits and Collections" then grill them on who they are, how much they wish to pay today on their $2,480.oo  overdue account .......  and insist they agree on a monthly amount every month... work hard to get their cc # or bank account number.  hardly ever gets this far... but it is fun..

They asked for my wife (who once purchased Pro Active online, but since has stopped).  I told them my wife was dead, and thanks for bringing up a painful memory.  No more calls.

This company keeps calling my minor daughter to get her to buy their overpriced skin products.
I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling, yet they continue.  Their supervisor Kevin Maloney is a rude and insulting jerk!

your wrong i work in collections and to call my buddy at his desk i use the 800 number and always *67, it has to do with the phone company the caller is using, if they have that service then you can block em

We started getting calls from "800-950-4695", shown on caller ID as "Toll Free Call", back in February 2012.  They have been weekly, every day of the week, sometimes twice in one day.  When the answering machine comes on, there is just nothing or a dail tone, but never a person.  When we answer it, most of the time it is the same, but every now and then it is a recorded message saying it is a very important call and we need to phone them back asap.  When phoned back, most of the time there is never any answer.  But a few times we got "ProActive Customer Service" answering machine, that requested we enter our phone number, then it reqested we enter our Zip Code, at which time we hang up.  But back on March 1, 2012 at 1230 pm, a male answered, he would not give me his name, and would only say he was with "When Shampoo", and he just kept asking me for my name and address, we both did that for about five minutes, I told him we were on the Federal Do Not Call List, and requested that they stop calling.  He hung up on me.  The calls contiune ....  Today, March 7, 2012 at 1039 am, they called, no one on the line.  I called them back, got the "ProActive Customer Service" answering system.  I entered our phone number, but then after that I just kept using the "O",  and within about three minutes a lady answered.  I requested that they remove our phone number from their lists, and to stop calling.  She told me three times that she needed my name and address before she could do that, I told her she was not getting that, she had our phone number, that was all she needed.  I asked to talk with a supervisor, to which she said to do that, she needed my name.  I informed her we are on the Federal Do Not Call list, and said I was reporting them.  Her answer to that was "So what!", and I hung up.

Please help!  This number comes up every day!

I keep  getting calls from this number---800-950-4695-----no one ever says anything.  Finally, fed up, I called the number back...it is definately ProActiv-----which is a wonderful product.  BUT, enough already.....  We ordered it ONCE for our grandson--------------------they won't stop calling or sending things in the mail-----even tho' I called and told them to STOP!!!!

I get this phone call it seems like everyday.  I wish they would just figure it out after I don't anwer for the first month, that I am not going to answer.

Call and call and call.  We never answer.  We have never used Proactive, although we have used a few other Guthy-Renker products.   Just so annoying that they keep calling and calling and calling.  And, we are on the ational Do Not Call list, for all the good that apparetnly doesn't do.  :- (

If you have time warner cable phone...you can block this number by going to time warner voicezone....Works sweet!!

They called me at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. They have called us seven times recently. I never picked up for this number.

This is ProActiv ...... they keep calling me after repeatedly asking to have my telephone number removed. I have sent them registered letters requesting my telephone number to be removed and apparently they can't understand that either cause everytime they call me, it's someone who cannot speak English and then start cussing me because I don't want to speak to them.

Thanks for all the posts.  I just received the eighth call from this number, which hasn't called for about a month (thank God).  Let my telemarketing blocker pick it up and tell them to stop calling, so I don't even hear the recorded message.  Maybe someday we will have more secure phone lines (after all, WE pay for the service IN OUR HOMES just as we pay for the HOMES WE LIVE IN.  We should have the same denial of access that we are afforded in our homes!).

The calls stopped for about 1 month.  I thought they had been shut down for harrasement, but NO-O-O-O.  Whoever it is (ProActive according to common threads in several places) is back at it again.

Didn't answer it but let my announce only robo-blocker handle it and disconnect.

They are calling a work place and I have never been a customer.

This is definitely Pro Active.  We used to buy from them 3 years ago and we've asked them to remove us from their list.  The calls stopped for a short amount of time and now they are calling again.

As luck would have it, just as I reported a greed post card from KY w/an 888 number, I get another call from ProActive. I did call it back to verify if it was them, yes, it was!!

I keep getting calls from this number. I tried calling the number, but, the recording says that it's not a working number.
