I have been receiving calls from this number for the better part of a year. Over a year ago, I went to the Waco Scott & White Emergency Room and they sent me a bill. The first time I got a call, they told me I still needed to pay for the visit and I told them that I was pretty sure I did but I checked and sent a payment to S&W within a couple days. Now for the past year, just when I think it's all cleared up, they call me again! I've received AT LEAST 20 calls regarding the same thing like the last call never happened.
they called me too. 2014-05-24 20:02:08 Unknown
I used the identification part with my cell number since that's what they called then they asked for the first three letters of my last name. I typed it in and it said it doesn't mat h there records. So who the hell are they trying to find at my number?

You people realize that this board has nothing to do with the company and that the company will never read your complaints. This is just an information/archive of phone spammers. Just relay the pertinent info and move on.

Don't entertain them. Take legal action. Police FBI and federal trade commissioner
Getting the same calls 2014-04-10 02:53:25 Unknown
It is the federal trade commissioner you want to contact mad your state attorney general. Local police and file a report on the FBI site. Somehow these people have a go
D of all your personal information. Most likely they go it from online business you've done. Becareful. Protect yourself. And you bank accounts. And put a fraud alert on your accounts. Social security number and driver license. They're terrorizing you.

I received a call from this number. I saw that it was an 800 number, so I figured it was somebody wanting to ask for donations, so I ignored it. They left a message, which was a recording.

Why is everyone telling this company not to call on this website ? That company doesn't see it, this is for information on the phone number.

Received a call around 9:00 pm on Saturday night---they left voicemail with callback #. I called back and got a computer which said I owed over $500 and they were a credit collection agency. Didn't say who they were collecting for or why I supposedly owe any money. Hit the selection to talk to an actual person and computer said their Saturday hours were from 8am to 3pm so I couldn't talk to an actual person. Their computer called me to try and collect on a supposed debt I know nothing about 6 HOURS AFTER THEIR OFFICE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND. I've received no mail from anyone concerning a debt, have no clue who they're supposedly collecting for or what the supposed debt is for and they expected me to pay electronically to a computer over the phone, to a company I've never heard of, for a debt I know nothing about. Unbelievable.

you need to report them to the federal trade commission www.ftc.gov and file a complaint if they keep calling you that's harassment, you might want to seek legal advise because in most cases it is against the law for them to tell a third party about a persons debt. If they tell a third party the person they are talking about can sue them in court $1,000.00 for each offense. Also if they keep calling you and ask for someone else and start telling you about their debt that is against the law as well and when they make random calls for someone they are fishing meaning they are trying to a hit and miss approach which sometimes work. Also when you talk to a collection agency they are not allowed to sue you, only the orginal creditor can and they can not threaten to sue you or tell you that you are going to be arrested or that your wages are going to be garnished that is against the law as well. Always ask for a copy of the contract sent to be sent to you by mail with your signature on it and ask them for a copy of the complete written accounting record showing who the account was handle by and if was transferred or sold to a different company, because what happens is the orginal creditor sells the account but keeps they orginal contract and when they sell it your account is paid in full by they company who buys it usally a collection firm and they do not have access to the orginal contract only the account and when they ask you to pay that's fraud because it has already been paid for by the third party company, and chances of the third pary company sending you the contract and the accounting record most of the time never happens because they do not have access to it.

you need to report them to your attorney general and I don't think they will look at these postings and if you report them to the Federal trade commission wait till they reopen or send them a letter because they are closed because of the government shut down. or get an attorney and sue them after you sent them a certified letter telling them to stop calling you.
Ed 2013-10-07 21:45:57 Unknown
Sounds like someone is lying and doing fraud. need to contact your attorney general of your state.
Ed 2013-10-07 21:43:31 Unknown
Get an attorney and sue them, they are in violation of the law; file a police report (sometimes it works), file a complaint with your state attoney general. You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision but their web site is closed because of the government shut down.

I got the same type call on 8/8/13 for my mother. They said they were Financial Corporation of America - debt collection. They gave me this 800-950-5762 number to call as well as an account #. I called but didn't get anywhere to talk to anyone. Sounds like a scam to me too.....my mom has no outstanding bills.....she is very old and I handle all her financial affairs.
Just Me 2013-08-04 18:11:17 Debt Collector
Send them a certified CEASE and DESIST letter. By law they must stop contacting you, even if you ARE the person they are calling for. You have the right to sue for each violation that subsequently occurs. Also continue to report these people to the Do Not Call list because these robocalls with no identified company name are illegal, not to mention that they don't provide a valid way for you to be removed from their list when they are calling the wrong number repeatedly. As another person suggested, I will pick up the phone and put the call on mute. Then I will press * and # constantly. It's not worth my time to argue with these morons.
