Called them back, and a recording states that "this number is not available from your calling area". I suspect this is a "spoof" caller ID, probable connected to a scam of some type.

I keep getting calls from this number. I am on the do not call list. I want them to stop calling.

I have been getting calls from 800-950-7780 too. When I call it back, a message comes on that says no information is available for the phone number, then something about pressing a number to get information and that charges may apply. Sounds like a scam.
