I received the threatening calls yesterday, on both my cell and my office phone.  I could barely understand either message, but called the number given. I was told I had a payday loan due and that when they tried to withdraw the amount from the bank, it was not covered. I do not have a loan with them!

The callers were Pakistani or from India and they were very hard to understand.  They finally said they worked for Morgan & Associates, a law firm.  They had my information: name, SS#, bank name, and obviously, phone numbers.  When I wouldn't give them any attorney information, or go along with them,  they got very flustered because they were talking to a lowly woman and I was supposed to cave in!  I was hung up on 3 times, and on the 4th, I was told not to call THEM again!!

I verified with my bank that no deposit for $300 was ever made and that no attempt to collect was presented for payment.  I just wonder how many older people they scam with this?  How many do they convince to pay up for something they didn't do, or wouldn't remember if they had!

These guys are frauds.  They got people's info off the internet possibly through a loan application.  But they are frauds.  Please do not get sucked in.

This "company" was calling my daughter and harrassing her as well. I called the number back he would not give me an address and basically told me we couldnt afford an attorney and he didn't feel comfortable giving me their address other than they were located in Ft Lauderdale, FL. I asked him what company is claiming my daughter owes money and he stated does it matter? I said yes it does if your claiming she owes money. He still refused to tell me. He then got nasty and hung up. I called him back and though he gave a different American name it was the same person. I informed him that I currently work for the US Military in the JAG office and that both calls have been recorded and if she receives anymory harrassing calls I will pass this on to my superiors and take legal action. He didn't say anything that last conversation and did not hang up. I hung up on him...hopefully that is the last from the scammers.

Yep the one and only and they couldn't find me on their files.  However Daniel found me under my real name and phone number.  He tried to tell me I owed 700 dollars from a company I never borrowed money from and wanted to chide me about how I had no honor for not paying my debts.  I laughed and said honor How can you talk about honor when you folks have none trying to swindle good Americans out of our money.  Now claimed they were in Florida.  Ha.  I have identified a woman, Adam, Daniel, Joseph.  There are other names but unclear if hey are same people with different names.  PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.  And May the Force be with you

Just got a call. Tried to tell me that I owed money to them for a loan and that they were going to sue me. Called the real company and was told it was a fraud. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

these people are horrible they are calling me at my job threatening me telling me they are going to call my supervisor and don't care if i lose my job, yelling on my voicemail i even called the FBI and explained they refered me to Federal Trade Commission and file a report which I did, I called this 800-955-9730 told them never to call me at work, well they did and threatened me said they do not care if i lose my job, won't give me any information what company they are representing they hung up, i called back 4 times they picked up listened..it's crazy how these people can call and harrase you and not give you no information.

Receive calls constantly for a "Monica" and insisting this is her number. My name is not Monica and when I ask what number they are trying to reach, I am given a number that isn't even my phone number! How are they even getting through?

My husband says they received over 150 calls this a.m. at his office trying to reach one of their employees, who is out. When they say the man isn't there and ask for a number the 800-955-9730 number is the one given, but no one answers if you call it.

He called the FTC, FCC, BBB, our congresswoman, etc.

I received the same call and B.S.  Sad thing is the FTC will do little to help us!  These calls are made from overseas = India!!  The USA has little power or Jurisdiction over them - unless this happens to them?

I called them back all day. when they hung up I called right back. Now they dont call me anymore. They told me to stop calling.

I would harass them back and they will probably stop. thats what I did and I dont receive anymore calls.

I am right there with you. This piece of s*** jason said he would call me every second that he is alive. Well i took that to heart and I returned the favor. But all of a sudden they wont take my calls. They are now a part of my life and I will continue to call them haha.

They have called me three different days now as well as friends and family. I am concerned how they got so much of my personal information. They have scared the begibers out of me and my mother.

These people harass me non stop, one day they called my work 45 times. I was so annoyed. Needless to say embarrassed. My boss was even telling them I know longer work there, and they still called. How do you stop these a holes?

Wow "Mike" u r not only a fraud but a convincing liar.... If u weren't fraud then why does the FTC have so many complaints against you? According to the Ftc u are required to provide proof of such debt. Have u done that? No u haven't..... I think u need to read up on American FTC laws for debt collection before u harass people because it clearly stats that u cannot threaten anyone and I beleive u did indeed threaten me.... So please provide me with ur real address so when I meet with my attorney tomorrow I can sue u.... But wait ur in India hiding like the scum bag that u are.... And for ur information I called the pay day loan companies that I had payday loans with and they all said the same thing about ur company  u are a fraud so who scmamming who? Learn American laws and our language before u post anything on line!

WOW! it sounds like  a page out of MY book, i also got threating calls saying they would make me go to court put a lien etc, sinc ei had previously taken out pay day loans i though oh no how could i have NOT PAID THEM BACK? I HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET! I asked for info to be mailed to me so i could se the loan company name date etc, i was told if anything was sent to me via email them no arrangement to pay this back would be made and it would def have to go to court, i foolishly agreed to try to pay it off but called my bank and had then research things they could find not credit TO me form any loan company NOR any inquiry to try to withdraw money from my account  now this loan they said i took out was for over a year ago, when i asked why noone called me until now they said i had been ignoring their calls, i am scared, when i called them back to tell them my bank said they could not find anything and did they have the right account they told me i was going to be in trouble and they would email me anything and i could expect to be sued.. what the hell do i do?? i thought at first it was from another account with another bank from awhile ago but when i asked the guy ( who could hardly speak english mind you ) he said its from ..... and named the bank i have now.. what do i do???

I posted some information earlier and listed the wrong 1-800 number, this is the correct one these people are calling me 1-800-955-9730.  they have left over 25 messages on my voice mail at work and calling every line we have here...they will not stop calling today, I have don't almost everything in my power to stop these calls and I am getting very stress about this whole thing.  Some out there had to do something about these people harrassing us at work.  I am calling the FBI today.

I keep getting a call from a blocked number requesting that I call 8009559730; same guy with indian accent just uses a different name.  No one can be put in jail for non-payment of a consumer loan.  This is a fraud on the american people, give them no information and report them to the FBI and Secret Service.

The number that shows on my caller ID is (0000) and the number they leave is 800-559-9730.  Jason Scott claims to be the head Attorney, I spoke to him and he got upset because I was not agreeing with him and I told him I was calling the INS on him and  he hung up so... this other indian guy name Hector Boyd took over the rest of the day harrassing the crap out of me all freaking day.  Like I asked if anyone knows how to get rid of these calls please let us know.  I even asked this Hector Boyd to provided me with the payday companies info they are saying I owe this money to so I can contact them..HE RESFUSES...he refused to provied me with anything !!!  I  sure hope someone catches this company and stop causing people stress.

This Indian guys name Hector Boyd and Jason Scott was calling me all day (12/14) at work and on my cell claiming they are going to put me in jail for some legal matter and that I owe them $350.00 from some pay day loan I got, but with all there fees it total to be $1286.00, they were asking me for my attorneys' info and my work info and wanted to speak to my manager and her name our fax number and when I asked him for his info. he would not provide it, when I asked him to remove my work number from his list and to call me on my cell, he refuse.  His wanting me to fax him a letter stating that I will pay them this money and I said no, he continued to threating me and harrassing me at work and at one point my manager did speak to him and he wanted all her info and she refuse to give that to him, when she asked him for his company info he refuse. I conference two calls with 911 and they heard his conversation and this Hector Boyd even got nasty with the officer and asked him for his badge number, when the officer refused and asked this so call Hector Boyd to please stop harrassing me at my work and the officer asked me to end the call and this Hector Boyd called me at least 50 times at work.  I asked Hector Boyd to send me a letter with his letter head stating what his calling me about and he said he e-mailed it to me several times...LIER !!! I told him to serve me and when I receive the legal docs I will deal with in court, but for him to stop calling my job, he refused. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, local police, FBI and State Attorney General.  If any one figues out how to stop these hassasment calls please let me know, it's stressing me out and I don't want to lose my job becuz of this crap.

Like we are going to give you people squat - you have already stolen our identities - if you had actual valid claims, you would follow the legal guidelines of filing a lawsuit/complaint, we would be served notice by the courts and it would go from there.  You are a lying sack of ......

These frauds have called me twice.  The first time it was from Morgan and Co in Ft Myers FL claiming I had 2 outstanding payday loans from over 3 years ago....(oops - hmmm 3 years ago my last name was different- their first mistake).  I told the guy then he was full of crap and a fraud. HE hung up - imagine that.  I then called the two paydayloan companies I have dealt with over the past 2 years and neither shows any outstanding debts.  I then called the Company he said they represented USA CASH ADVANCE and spoke to someone in their legal dept - she informed me this was a big thing right now and that she had just talked to someone that paid them $900.  To my surprise these idiots called again today, I spoke to Barry Smith, Lyka, Jeff, and Manish.  All of which refused to give me a location and/or fax number.  I then called from a different number, gave them a bogus phone number and name and they got all hyped up and started speaking in some Indian/Hindi language and you could hear the call center in the background where they were making the same outgoing calls to others harassing them.  They would not provide any contact info.  They are frauds I have filed a police report on the first call and am going to file on the second and am following the FBI recommendations and will be chaning my banks and contacting the credit bureau to flag my reports for possible id theft.  And filing a complaint with www.ic3.gov

this has the FBI notification of payday loan scam.  Then call your current paydayloan company and verify with them the status of your loan.  Do not give the crooks at 800-955-9730 any information.  The next time they call tell them they have the wrong number or the wrong info.
