They call every other second and I as well have told them to take me off the calling list. They stop for a day or two and start back up. Sick of it.

they are an online pharmacy I ordered medication for my dog one time and they call me every day wanting to refill my order my dogs been dead almost a year now they just dont get it!!

I ordered some downers and they keep calling even after numerous times telling them not to call back. They call the same day using a different person.  Another number they use is 866-450-7453.  Their downers aren't very good.  It takes 6 to cop a buzz.  The same girl has over 20 different names

NO MATTER what we say they keep calling!! One time my friend got the guy so mad, he started saying " I will f*** your sister, your mother, your father.."  omg!! what a freakin psycho huh? I cant believe they hire these bastards. I hate their harrassment. It's straight wrong.

they harrass me 10 times today. I cursed them everytime they called. every time they said I will get your number off my list then next minute they called again.

I have been getting dozens of calls a day. They are now calling family members dozens of times. My sister in-law, my mother. They also called my parents vacation home in another state! So now my family thinks I am buying illegal drugs over the internet.

This number calls at 2:45 every week day...no matter what I tell them (wrong number, answer in Korean, never answering) there is no stopping the calls!  If anyone has filed a complaint tell me where and I will add one as well.  Very very frustrating!  Especially since they always leave a message!

I wanted to update my earlier post. I called the company back and asked for a supervisor (again). I got a Tamara "Smith" (it's funny how all their supervisor's last names are Smith...). I told her that every time someone called my number confirming an order, I was going to double the order. That way "Wendy" would receive it, be billed for it but no one could confirm that I did it. I also told her that I had researched the number online and found a number of complaints about it and that I had begun to file a complaint with the FCC as a harassing caller.
We'll see if it works...

I get calls one to three times a week for someone named "Wendy" who has placed orders using my cell phone number. The customer service rep tell me it is an online pharmacy out of New York but will tell me nothing else.

I have told them EVERY TIME to take my number out of her records and they promise every time to do so. I have asked for a supervisor at least 10 times and they are always busy, just left, on a call, etc.  I checked with Verizon to see if there was anything I could do and since they are not soliciting me, they said there are no laws against it.

I am at a loss as well and am really mad that they are harassing me and I have no recourse. I will continue to dig and see if there is anywhere I can report them.

Same here - also have calls from 866-450-7453 as well as this 1-800-956-4096.

Following up....things have gotten better. They still call every once in a while. Today I again told them the person they were trying to reach was deceased. They claim that she ordered a vacation from them. Whatever. I again told the rep that I was going to sue for harrassment. She told me she couldn't take my name off of the list. I had to call customer service and do it myself. When I asked her for the number she gave me the same number that she was calling from.

The number used to call me 10-15 times a day @ work. Repeatedly I requested they take me off the list. They say okay but they turn around and call me back an hour later. I came in on a Monday and had 30+ missed called Sat and Sun ALL from this number!!!! I've threatened to sue for harrassment to no avail as well. Then one day I told them the person they were trying to reach was DECEASED! This worked for about 4-5 days....I thought the problem was solved but they've started calling back 3-5 times day! Ticking me off!

Yes, this is a telemarketing company based in India.  The callers always want me to "refill" a prescription from an online pharmacy.

Asking them to remove me from their calling lists is futile, so I just don't answer anymore.  Or if I do answer accidentally, I tell the caller that there is nobody here by that name and they have a wrong number.  

These caller ID numbers are often bogus, too.  I have had experiences where I have dialed the caller ID number and been connected to a completely unrelated business.  Almost always the person answering will tell me that they have received a great number of calls on this number (frequently it is an unpublished number) and they are having to deal with the phone company about these callbacks to calls they did not make.  

I think these India-based telemarketers are doing something so a US phone number appears in the caller ID box, when clearly the call has not originated in the United States.

they call 10 to 15 times a day after a week left a message for a julia dont know this person.said they are a pharmacy and her medication has been declined.but they have a sell on other medications.

they keep on calling my cell phone with asking "may i speak to chris" I told them they got wrong number and please take my number out of their call list. They agreed every time and then they call again next day. It's happening to me for the last week also.

Multiple calls - unsolicited.

They say that they are pharmalink.com Their standard routine is to ask for "Craig". This gives them a reason to call ...Interstingly there is no Craig at my phone number ...and never has been. ...then they ask if I am interested to buy some of their products.

Please, report them  to the do not call list. Once their are enough complaints there is maybe some action.

Hung up.  But calls multiple times/day.

Who is this number? They called and hung up when I answered.
