They call from a local number 267-244-9183, which does not belong to anyone, then leave an important message on a company voicemail asking to call 800-957-6315. I googled to find out who they were since they don't tell you in the "important message."

I got a call from this number 215-874-02-328 local number but when the women left the number for me to call back she left a 800#....I will not be calling Lee Stector back, that is the name she left for me to call along with a reference #. I have nothing in collections..

MRS Associates, Caller ID'd as: (303) 532-4524. Calling for somebody else regarding "a personal business matter & this call may be recorded for quality assurance"

This number is from MRS Associates, a collection agency. When I answered my phone and spoke to someone about a week ago, the woman caller asked for my husband, and said it was a personal matter when I asked what it was regarding. I told her, I'm his wife, so you can tell me what this is regarding. The woman also would not give me her name and told me she could not tell me what the call was in reference to.  I told her, then I will not give my husband the message.

The number that showed up on my caller i.d. was not the 800 number, though.  The number showed up as 267-415-4481.  I thought it was a local caller since 267 is an area code in Pennsylvania, where I live.  We do not know have anything in collections so I have no idea what this could be in reference to, unless they have the wrong name (our surname is very common).

left message told me to reference a #. I called back they answered MRS ASSOC. I asked for Tracy Wilson. She answered Chase.

they keep calling at all hours even though i already told them the person they want does not live here and i never heard of that person.

They (Mrs Associates, Inc) left a message claiming a "sex abuse" case needed my attention and to call them at 800-957-6315 with their "case number". A load of crap tactics from a collection agency. I thought those kind of tactics were illegal?

I can only imagine how harassing they could be if they ever did get the correct number. It belongs to a collection agency. 1930 Olney Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Apparently this is who Chase sells their overdue accounts to.

they called my fiancee's brother and said they were the internal revenue service and that he needed to call the number that it was emergency... our cell wasnt able to call the number and so we spent an hour on the phone with the irs trying to figure it out when we found this web site...saved us more trouble...tx tx tx

they left a message stating it was a emergeny they left threat harassing  me

Had this number (same woman) call me twice.. The first time, the woman left a message...claiming an emergency.."Raymond or Georgis" needed to call immediately....gave a lot of case reference numbers and very much emphasizing it was an emergency!!!" I thought it was a message left by mistake/wrong number."

The second time...the same woman/number calls...this time I answered. SHe was "needing to talk to Raymond or Georgia,"  I assured her that I was not Georgia and did not know raymond.  She insisted that I did know them and that she must speak with them. She claimed that "Raymond had called from my phone (that is how they knew my number) and authorized their office to reach them at my number." She became very firm with me on the phone, demanded my name,etc.....when I refused to give her ANY of my personal information....she ended the conversation.

I know all to well what this # is....MRS ASSOC.  A collection agency or debt collection as Dateline and 20/20 are calling it.  they collect debt from credit card companies mainly and will use bullying tactics to get your money. Be aware!  If anyone owes $ to any of these debt collection agencies, you can block there calls and deal strictly with the credit card co. itself or the bank.  They might use many different #s to get a hold of you though...they have many tricks up there sleeve like all similar agencies.  Dont listen to threats...you can turn them in! Google Dateline's program on debt collectors...you will be horrifyed!!!!

This number called a friend of the family's number and that persons mom's number looking for me.  Neither of which are numbers I would have given out.

Wouldn't answer my questions. Looking for a "Carl Toheen" (sp?) They seemed like a collection agency - said this person listed me as a reference.

It is MRS associates, a collection agency-for what I do not know.
