a person called from this number and gave a case number and also told the person who answered the phone that this case number would be used to appear in court.  She also asked her about our Human Resources number to try and scare me or something.  

I too have received numerous calls regarding debt, reading the other comments I now realize that Acai supplements I ordered and thought I had cancelled May be tied to this.

They have been calling like crazy the past day!!  Said they had a claim number and what not.  Said it was for a company called B O R... I think it's just a collection agency trying to scare you! I'm pretty sure that a REAL firm would have a real number and are code, not a 1-800 number...

They are a collection agency that likes to call them self a firm.  Very rude when they call you. The company is B O R. The main office in is Atlanta, GA. The payment office is B O C in Hamburg, NY

I had similar experiences.  Used a credit card, didn't work on the site, so you think that it didn't go through.  Called the company up that same moment and spoke to a person and told them NOT to charge my card.  They sent me free crap, that I didn't want.  Found out later that charges were on my credit card, not only for some crap I didn't order, but another company DJM Lifestyle Fit for 19.95.  So now I have Colon Cleanse and some program that I have no idea what it is - some imaginary internet business without a real service or product attached to it.  
Canceled credit card, received refunds for Colon Cleanse, but not the Lifestyle fit yet - fighting it out with bank.  The company agreed to credit my account, but still hasn't done so and now the phone numbers are all defunct.  866-470-1022 (someone's voicemail) and 866-370-7270 (busy signal) and 800-957-6988 (busy signal).
So much for trying to earn godfather points on Mafia Wars.

When i tried to order free trial online, it did not show if transection went thru and any amount of money.  There was now information about pricing either. Their miracle acai pills should be delivered asap, but they did not show up for month, Free trial was 2 weeks. it means it was impossible to try them. I returned their box to post office asap, called my credit card company. We still working on refunding money. I don't understand what was the charge $29.96 for, since there was no info on website and I did not get any services or goods for it. I changed my credit card, but still I want my money back, $29.96, $79.96 and $85.91 - Almost $200 all together. I don't understand why goverment services allow this to happen. And I know I an not the only victim.

if you ordered diet pills in the last year you were automatically signed up for this fit factory even if you didn't want to be signed up, and even if you canceled with the diet pill company.  the charge shows up as 29.95 and they change the name of the company that shows up on the bill every few months.  When we figured it out in may 09 we found out that our card had been hit every month since nov 08.  When we initially made the call to order the diet pills i told them i didnt want any free trials, but i guess they signed us up anyway.  so here we are 7 months later and a couple hundred dollars in on something we didnt want, now we may have found it earlier if it wasnt around Christmas time, but like i said they changed the name several times.  Anyway i called and the CS lady said she could cancel and give me one months refund, i told her i wanted all 7 months refunded she told me i should have read my bill better every month.  Now this is where patience comes in because this is where most people after being on hold for 30 minutes lose their cool...dont, just be calm and keep asking for a full refund.  Eventually they will transfer you to a SUPERVISOR  who out of the goodness of their heart will offer you 2 whole months back, it was at this point i knew they knew i knew it was a scam, and i just kept asking politely for the full refund, how about 4 she said, then six, eventually she came back on and gave me my money back.  Remember be patient, know they know its a scam and every month they keep is just gravy for them, and if all fails you can dispute with the cc company.

I don't remember getting a call but found a charge from them on my recent credit card statement. Looks like they have been billing me since March. I called the number could not get a person. I notified my credit card company and reported them as fraudulent charges. Let them deal with them. The more people who involve the card companies the more they will know that this number is a repeat offender. I have no idea how they got my charge numbers but I had I.D. theft 10 years ago and am not up for a repeat of all that! I felt better getting my card canceled. Good luck everyone. I caught this by chance so now will keep track of all charges and I had fraud protection on my card !!!!

i have been disputing this charge for over 4 months finally got  some resolution, they credited 1 month,,,,i will dispute the other 4 months with my c/card holder....business, should not be able to do stuff like this................

I too had the same thing happen tried Bromalite, cancelled within my trial on 5/11/09 with a confirmation # and on 5/22/09 I got a charge of $29.95 that had 800-957-6988 Lifestylefit.  I called and I could barely understand the service rep. and she said she was going to reimburse me back but it was for some fitness program that I had to cancel within 1 day.  I just looked on theire website and I see nothing about this charge anywhere.  She really wanted to get me off the phone but I asked for a confirmation number so we'll see if I get my money back?

I had unauthorized charges from LifeStyleFit on my account.  I called the 1-800 number above and was successful in getting the charges stopped,, I HOPE!!  We shall see when my next bank statement arrives.  However, I told the customer service rep I spoke with that if the charges were not stopped, I would have my bank stop payments and also report them to the BBB and our state's Attorney General.  And I will do that if my next statement has the charges.

I REMEMBER ORDERING ACAI BERRY PILLS AND NEVER GOT TO USE THEM CAUSE I FOUND OUT LATER THAT MONTH THAT MY WEIGHT GAIN WAS BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT.  I PAID FOR THE PILLS AND NO ONE SAID I WAS A MEMBER TO ANYTHING AND I SAW A TRANSACTION OF 29.95 ON MY CARD.  WHEN I CALLED THEM I GAVE THE GIRL HELL CAUSE SHE COULDN'T EVEN VERIFY WHO I WAS.  SHE WAS ASKING ME FOR MORE INFORMATION AND I TOLD HER IF SHE HAS MY CREDIT CARD INFO SHE HAD ENOUGH.  SO SHE EMAILED ME A LETTER TO CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION AND WHEN I CALLED CHASE TO PUT IN A CLAIM THEY SAW A REFUND OF 29.95 AFTER JUST 10 MINUTES.  THE LETTER HAD NO LETTER HEAD AND OF COURSE THEY GAVE THE MONEY BACK.  I JUST WANT TO SAY.  I WANT TO SCREAM THIS MESSAGE AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS TO ALL WOMEN (TAKE MY OWN ADVISE, RIGHT) LET US STOP BUYING JUNK OVER THE INTERNET CAUSE OPRAH SAID SO OR ANYONE ELSE.  WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO SALADS AND EXCERCISE. LOL.  WE ALL GOT SCAMMED AND WHO DO WE BLAME BUT OURSELVES FOR PUTTING OUR INFO OUT THEIR FOR THESE SAVAGES TO DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH IT.

i had that too i just solve the problem today. i ordered sample of acai berry and yes like i read before with all of others when i called the number they said that i had my pills and the 29.95 is the fitness support or smth like that i ordered together with the pills. i told them that i dont care abt fitness stuff and i dont need it so she at the beging told me that i gtg to the fitness suport page cause they are separete but after a while i found out that this is the same company and she sudddenly can cancel both and even sugested me that they will give me my money back from last month 29.90 cause i didnt cancel the order after 14 days. well for me is cool cause they just billed me for 2 months so i have one back and i had a pills but dont let them give u a crap that fit support is something else 0 they can cancel both with one freaking button . i asked for comfirmation via email and that is what they sent me:

Called the 800-957-6988 number to take care of issue.  I gave all the info I used when ordering the bromolite and acai berry pills.  I know this only because of the posts I read from other people in the same situation.  Thank you to you people who posted as it helped me figure out what was going on before I called to try and rectify my deal.  Anyway, the person could not retreive my info, so she said.  She tried to give me another number to call but I said I didn't want it.  I told her that she was responsible for taking care of my false charge because that was the number listed on my statement for the charge.  She started mumbling so I hung up.  I had already reported the charge and disputed it with my credit card company.  That person seemed to already understand what I was going through.  So, I guess I will see what happens.

A charge of $29.95 showed up on my credit card bill also. I called my credit card company and reported it to their fraud division. I also called the 800-957-6988 and told them what I had done. The 800# said they would credit my card. The card company canceled my card and will issue me a new one. They said watch for the "https" when I use my credit card online. Thay also said it's too easy for some rascally sob to hack my numbers.

I received charges on my credit card from 1-800-957-6988, (DJM*LIFSYLEFIT.COM), for the amount of $29.95. I called this 800# and the gentleman informed me it was for a diet pill. I informed him that I did not purchase any sort of thing for the reason I just had surgery, was on anti-depressants, and my blood pressure had been elevated. He tried to insist since the charges were already there, for me to try the product, then he would cancel the order. I informed him, I was not interest in any products of the sort,I wanted my credit card credited immediately or I would report the 800# to the Better Business Bureau. He agreed to credit my card immediately and gave me a confirmation number.

Same thing happened to me!! I'm just waiting to see if my they credit my credit card. Guy seemed real nervous when I informed him I was going to report the number to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

Yeah, it's a bunch of crap. I never received any newsletter or any support from the program and they're telling me that they cannot refund my money back.... so they basically want to charge me $30 something for service that I never used.

I also got this number on my debit card trying to take money from me but they said they were canceling it s we will see how it goes.

Been going thru the same things all of you have been. The hidden charges, trying to get them off of my debit, & not knowing that they were gonna be there in the first place. I agree, gettin thru to a real person takes time. Ive learned from my bank that if you even try and contact them, if the money is pulled out, you can dispute it. if nothin else, get your bank involved. All it took with me was the threat of my bank callin them. I will never order "FREE TRIAL" again.

Just saw it on my debit account-called the Wheatgrasscleanse DJM which are some type of dietary supplement advertised by Opah.  they offer a trial for $3.00, but dont tell you you have 14 days to cancell or they hit you for $90 per month.  That's right, $90 per month for a diet pill!.  call the number on your bank statement to cancel. You may see a charge on your account from DJM lifestyle?, trying to get through but puts you on hold for a very long time.  May have to call credit card or your bank to and inform them of an unauthorized transaction.  They will credit the account and investigate.  Not sure if this is a monthly charge that is difficult to cancel or even stop.

I also had a free trial to Bromalite, I cancelled within a few days. I dont recall being informed of any extra things when i signed up. I had a charge for 29.95 on my credit card account about a week after i cancelled. I called the number and it was for the Life Style and fitness. The said that they would cancel my account to prevent any future charges but when i asked for my 29.95 back i was told it could not be done. I kept asking, telling the woman i had to have that money back. Finally i got frustrated and told her to cancel my account hen transfer me to someone who would give my money back, after this she decided that she could go ahead and refund me. So we will see if that actually happens, i will never do "free" trials again.

This number appeared on a charge to my credit card haven't ordered anything and now that I want to contact them I get disconnected before I can talk to anybody.  This is very frustrating.

I have a charge on my CC also, when I called the 800 957 6988 I got a recording about call 1015 1015 8000. I have no clue what this is and didn't it. I need help finding someone to talk to at company so I can tell them to stop billing me,
