ITS A CREDIT CARD COMPANY TRYIN TO LET U KNOW YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE BANK CARD SERVICES JUST ANSWER AND TELL THEM THAT THE PERSON HTEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT YOU. THEY CANT REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT BECAUSE TYPICALLY THE ONLY GIVE 250 DOLLARS ONA CREDIT CARD.  ANYTHING UNDER 500 DOLLARS IS NOT REPORTED TO CREDIT BEAURO

This number called every day (twice yesterday) for the past two days and never leaves a voicemail. REALLY ANNOYING.

Today was the first call I got, sent to voicemail, (I was at work) and when check voicemail they left no message)  this is harrassment and how can all of us do something about these harrassing calls.  We have to stand up.  I will inquire what can be done.  There is a Fair/Debit credit act

I want my number removed.  I have put my number on the national do not call list and I am still getting this call.

5 to 6 times a day I am getting called from this number WTF!

someone call from 1-800-958-2958 four times today,but who just hang up when I answered the phone.It let me annoying.How to bane it?

This number has called me 7 times in  two days. just like everyone else, no one talks they just hang up. i'm going to find a way to report them. i have nothing delinquent.

Received a call on my cell phone asking for my husband.  They would not leave a message and would not offer any explanation for the call.  It seems kind of strange to me.

Calls constantly, sometimes one call after the other, clicks and clicks, no one answers when you say hello. I work all day and I have an elderly, ill parent who is being disturbed by these calls.

Same thing happened here.  We just got a new phone line - they called Saturday morning and woke-up my house guest.  It was an automated message telling me to call them back.  "Bank Card services"

Check your wallets for a credit card with a billing address in Beaverton, Oregon. They're calling to ask why your payment is late. If you don't have card from them, you may to report it as possible identity theft.

According to Business law these hrs are from 9-5pm (M-F).Unless you specify after hrs calling.There are no exceptions to the rule othewise.

They called me at work 5x in 30 minutes everytime i answered they hungup then they called my cell phone that came up unknown and hung up on me there to. I think this falls under harrassment but not sure who to call.

Called me at 8:00am this morning, which SUCKED cuz its sat.  and I sleep in.  I said hello 3 times finally a chick answered, I simply told her to stop calling my house.  We shall see if they abide.

I don't pick up any calls I always check caller ID If its one of the 800 or 866 numbers I wait, if no message
I know its some scam.  Get caller ID whatever it costs its worth it.  I get so many of these calls, and I'm not deliquent on anything.  I read on one message they asked for a SS number, I'm glad that person didn't give it.  As far as your account number, they can use that.  Some people only have one credit card and they just might give them that number BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!! DON'T GIVE ANY NUMBERS OUT. DON'T TRUST ANY OF THESE CALLS. THEY ARE SCAMS

I have recieved calls from this numerous times a day for a number or months. I have had this same phone number for 25 years. I have NEVER had a credit card of any kind. There is absolutely no reason for them to be calling me about an over due credit card bill. I just want the calls to stop.
