I have also paid 419.95 and not able to reach to them. I contacted couple of time and every time they change there number. Is any one has more information to get refund of money I paid.

Call your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges.

The same thing happened to me vabeachgirl, I was dumb and bought a package and now they are saying that I don't qualify because I'm 24 so I only qualify for the Bahamas Vacation. Does ANYBODY know what can be done to help me get my money back?? I am so annoyed. The agents are always confused and only manager Im allowed to speak with is Roxanne and she is so rude and refuses to give me any more information regarding anyone I can speak with about this issue. PLEASE HELP! Their new number is 18666138382.

I was stupid and purchased the vacation package! I have tried to get my money back no luck!! But also they won't even let me take the vacations because they say I don't qualify bc I'm only 24.. does anyone know who I can go thru to get my money back.. and is there anyone who purchased and actually took it? The only one I can take is the Bahamas!

I sent this company money and they cashed my check with the promise of three days and two nights stay and round trip airfare for two to HNL.  After a month of not receiving my travel vouchers I started calling and I have gotten just about every excuse possible... that department is out to lunch, they're shut down for a day, issues with the phones, more then 30 min hold time call back and ask for Sam and we'll get you right through, when I did speak with someone they blamed it a accounts receivable issue, then it was a shipping issue.  Its been two months since they've cashed my check and I've still received nothing but a run around.

Is there a way to find out their fax number? I'm an Army Recruiter, and we get these faxes constantly, and usually I can find their fax number and fax them back. For instance, I got a fax from a roofing company, so I googled the company, made up a flier and faxed them right back. They stopped faxing us every week. But this company is like a ghost. I can't find their fax number anywhere! They have to have one to send faxes out, right?

Received their fax yesterday. Their new number to call is 1-800-329-4851. "Leah" is still there and apparently has been working there for 18 years now, lol! They no longer say that they are Sea Coast Travel Agency but Hammock Resort Travel Agency. Don't be fooled, ALWAYS look up the name and number before agreeing to anything or giving out credit card information. And ask LOTS of questions. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

I bought this package 10 days ago and found out it is a scam!! Please help! They won't return the money saying it's non- refundable.

What can I do to get my money back??

Has anyone actually paid for the vacation and received and a bill from this company? I am looking for their address and this should be on the invoice ? They are in violation of Junk Fax law and would be required to pay each of us up to $1500 for each fax. Anyone know there address or a fax number for this company

They are breaking Federal law by sending you that fax. That should tell you enough about them. They are criminals. Probably don't want to give them your credit card.

Receiving MULTIPLE FAXes with NO FAX NUMBER or NAME HEADER on them.  The number now listed on them is 1-888-465-5390.  When you call it back, you are treated RUDELY.  Girl answering today says her name is JESSICA and she IS the supervisor.  She will give no info and will answer no questions "unless you book a reservation . . . then I will answer questions."   The only info I could get was Sea Coast Travel, Ft. Lauderdale.  Have called the FAX removal number listed MULTIPLE times, but still get the faxes after weeks.  They are trained to hang up on you as soon as you start answering question.  Cannot find any Sea Coast Travel in Ft. Lauderdale by googling!

They are wearing out my Fax machine with junk fax mail.  I am not sure how to stop it but its a pain in the azz.

fax about travel cruise including so many days in FLA so that 9 nights in 3 locations cost $199, yeah right. And a second trip is fully free including airfare, to Hawaii or Puerto Vallarta.
And the moon is made of green cheese I am selling for $20 a block too.

I keep getting junk faxes from these guys. I've entered my number in their removal service but they keep faxing.  I've called them many times.  They're really rude about it and ALWAYS hang up as soon as they hear you want to remove your fax number or if you ask them to identify themselves.

I received a fax on my home office line from this outfit after at least 3 attempts to make them take me off their list.  This week they pushed me over the edge, and again I called the number back.  When their "Reservations" operator picked up I pushed the # key until my phone timed out.  I did this 3 times, and when I tried the 4th time it seems my number is blocked, cause I can't get a person with a pulse anymore.  Fine by me.

Sent a love note to Mrs. Lisa Madigan about these clowns. We'll see if she can shut their a**es down. By the way, do NOT try and call their number to be removed. Like spam, this just confirms to the scammer there's someone alive on the other end. I suspect this is being done via complex routing or some IP-based phone and not a real land line. These scammers should be killed.

I'm tired of these junk faxes coming to our #.  I've tried to call the number to be removed, and it never works, they always keep coming.  So this time i called the number to "book" a vacation...

Rebecca (Extention 206) told me that the $199 special to Orlando was booked yesterday.  I told her that I JUST got the fax less than one minute ago (wth?).  She put me on hold and said that she "does have 4 tickets available because someone's CC did not go through".  Wow - lucky day right?  So she siad I will have to sit through a presentation (timeshare I'm sure) and then I'll be able to qualify for the mexico/hawaii trip.  She told me it was Sea Coast Travel.

I will be reporting them ASAP, and I hope that others will google their number and do the same.

Yeah, I almost fell for it.  We started going through the credit card information, and I stopped before I gave her the number and said I wasn't sure yet.  She said this is a limited deal and she can't wait any longer and hung up on me!

I was thinking maybe it was real . . . until she got snappy and hung up the phone.

I called 800-960-7667 and asked to speak to a manager. The "operator" said sure, put me on hold for 2 seconds and came back on saying she was the manager. I asked to be removed from their list she said of course, no problem, have a nice day. She was politely telling me I would get a fax again, so live with it.

OMG!!! I was about to call them! I am so glad I googled this number 800-960-7667 and found out its a huge scam!!! How and where are they getting our numbers from???
