yes...i got the same issue....so now what can we do?! The banks always what u can do is to call them first and cancel the payment.......it is so wired....... i got lots of charge.....

Yup, they got me for three months.  My bank told me to come in and fill out a form and they would investigate it as fraud.  Then I will get my money back.  I'm wondering where these people are getting the card numbers?  Does anyone else shop online with Skechers or Amazon?  Those are purchases I made right around the time the first charge appeared.

You have been taking money out of my account unlawfully and this is a crime. I called this number on 9/14/12 and they hang up on me. I am contacting my law firm to handle this as I see I am not the only one. Return my hard earned money immediately or see you in court.

There are 2 charges of $24.95 to Dragonfly Marketing and SAVE on my husband, Franklin Alexander's bank statement.  Both charges have the phone number (800) 964-0516.  I know that my husband (who has dementia and therefore doesn't use credit cards any more) did not purchase anything from this "company".  This is clearly fraud and should be investigated.

I am having the SAME problem and I am not happy about it! How in the world are these people able to do this?!?! If anyone finds out anything please post so was can ALL get our money back!

Exact same charge and voice mail recording when I call the number. I have never been able to get through on the line. So frustrating, but thank you all for your comments.

We also got charges on our bank account 24.95 since March.. I called the number the bank found: 1-900-964-0516 and it is "Dragonfly Marketing, Johannesberg, Gauteng, 2196    Ph. 07-9591 8724     www.dragonflymarketing.co.ZA    There are companies in US that deal with them, on in NJ and one is Texas.  I'm now looking to trace this number.  They keep charging this amount each month to our bank..,.had to close down our bank's charge card!  SOB's

The same thing happened to me. I have been calling and all I get is a machine saying no one is available to take my call. Check the rest of your statments for other weird transactions. I had over 300 dollars in charges that I didn't make to companies I had never heard of. More than likely you all will have others too.

I had two charges of 24.95 show up on my bank account.  Weird since I have not made any purchases on my debit card for these amounts ( I check my account everyday).  These were not authorized debits and I never even heard of Dragonfly Marketing.  I called the number and the lady who answered assured me that the debits were in error and she will have the accounting department refund the charges.  I also have my bank investigating.

Did they refund the money?

I got charged 24.95 too. My bank told me to call this number for dragonfly marketing to first ask them to reverse the charges. I called and get a recorded message saying it can't receive messages or something. My bank said after the charge clears, they will let me dispute it.

Never heard of them

We noticed the charge on out account. I called "Dragonfly Marketing"  hubby called answering machine he left message same thing no call back. Went to the bank and they are investigate.

They say they are a marketing company and the charge was probably in error. The lady who answered the phone is Phyllis and she says a someone name Terry will refund the money.
