Well, it's still happening.  We just noticed deductions of $99.50 every two months ($1300 total).  The information above has been very helpful.  Wish me luck!

People, after calling several numbers and being referred 4 different times to a totally different number--- I found someone who will put a stop to this!!!

Call 888-339-8322 Ask for Ira, he will reverse the charges (I only got 4 charges worth).

Hello, I have been charged twice for this as well with no authorization from Merchant411. 2 charges for $99.95. I called the number that was on my bank statement related to the charge (888) 339-8322 and got a company called Citizens Investments in Baltimore, Maryland and spoke with Ira Jachman. He said they are the payment processor for Merchant411. He said he would go ahead and reimburse my company for the charges and it would take two days. I'm am in the process of contacting my bank as well. Hope this helps anyone else this has happened to as well.

I just got charged for 99.95 yesterday.  The number I called was 888-506-4632 they did answer twice, because I called back complaining as to who the heck they were taking out money for.  Said they were going to credit me, we will see.

Merchant 411 has charged my work checking account twice this year one for $91.95 the other for $89.95.  The bank is no longer willing to reimburse us.  We have only be able to reach this Merchant 411 once and got reimbursed from them.  We are going to change our account because as long as they have your checking account number and routing number they can do it again.  Unless you can set your account up not to allow automatice withdrawal.  It's a mess and the banks are so automated they can not or will not doing any tracking or red flag the issue.

Samething happened to our small bussiness.  I reported it to my bank at once and had to open all new accounts.

I had $91.85 deducted from my checking account last month, and this has been happening for several months. Its added up to almost $1000. I called the number back and they said they would refund the money, but when i called back no one answers it.

We had 39.95 taken out of our bank account without authorization.  The bank is reversing the charges with the proper paperwork signed.

They are Merchant 411 Listings.  I noticed in my business checking account, I had $91.95 deducted out of our account.  I never authorized it.  I've been trying to contact them, and all you get is music.  Then they tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you.

Charged for something unknown to our office.  $185.95 drafted from bank account with no prior approval.
Trying to call the number only gets a voice mail with hold and music.  We have no idea who this is or how they would have bank information.
