I've received several calls from them regarding a radiology bill that according to my insurance company I do not owe. They called in April 2013 and when I told her that I have an EOB from my insurance company that shows I do not owe this bill she said "then call them" and hung up on me! Since I didn't have any information on the radiologist I supposedly owed the debt to I was going to ask her for their phone number but she hung up on me before I could ask. So I did some searching on the internet and found the radiologist's information and sent them a letter with the EOB explaining I didn't owe them anything. Fast forward to yesterday and I receive another call from this collection agency. Again, I stated that I had an EOB from my insurance company showing I didn't owe them anything, she again said, "then call them" and hung up on me again. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and got sent to someone's voicemail. Called the Radiologist and they said they never received anything from the insurance company when they billed them for this and never received my letter and EOB. So they lost both pieces of information regarding this claim? Sounds like the Radiologist has a major problem. Faxed them all the information again today and hopefully this will be taken care of. But these Cadillac people are the rudest people I've ever dealt with on anything.
This collection company has been hounding me for years for a debt of my ex-wife's - that she incurred when we were divorced. The physical therapist originally reported a late payment under my name and when I contacted them they apologized and had the record corrected. This Cadillac firm continually calls me using several different numbers and when they do leave a message they state that if I am not "Ex-wife's" name please do not listen to the message. I never did business with them, it is not my bill AND they know it.
Ummmm...this site is for information. Your request that the calls stop does not get passed on to the creditor. You'll need to deal with the creditor directly. Unfortunately, making them remove you from their call list when they have an incorrect # is a long, tedious process. I've lived in my home for 7 years. Through address link-up, I now get phone calls on my cell # for people who rented the house before I bought it.
You just called me, STOP!
You just called my new CELL Phone, STOP, I do not wish to buy anything that you are selling.
This cell phone number is new to me and I am not the person you are looking for.
You automated caller had me waste minutes on my phone and then never connected me!
STOP CALLING my cell, I am NOT in any debt!
The contacted me over a year ago regarding a medical debt. I took the details and contacted the doctor's office. They apologized, removed the debt from my credit profile - which had just showed up - and told me that it was my ex-wife's debt, but they had used my insurance for my daughter. They know that the bill is for my ex-wife of 12 years, but persist in calling me. They hang up, but using your service, I know who they are. They also use a local Cadillac, MI number too.
Just some kid
I got a call from these guys and I dont even have any debts hell im not even 18 and they wont leave me alone plus they keep calling me Janice and i have no idea who that is!
I'm pretty sure that the collection agency is NOT open at 2am.
Cadillac Accounts Collection Agency
Kent Radiology uses them for collections
They call here constantly, looking for Carlos. They've even called here looking for Ramona Escuela Ignacio, or something very close to that. I am not aware of any of these people. This has been my phone number for the last 2 years, and someone either had it before then and has some very old debts, or is telling people this is their number when clearly it is not.
The calls do not stop, either. Have asked them to remove me from their directory. Yes, we'll pass that info along. Next day, BAM, calls again.
And they wonder why people avoid them.
If you see them on your caller ID, please feel free to answer. Apparently, they don't care who you are or aren't. Once you are in their system, you are getting calls relentlessly.
It's to the point where I'm having fun with them now. Tell them to call back at 2am, and when they do - and they do - give them an earful over what time it is, and how dare they when they knew it was the wrong number, etc. Yes, I'm twisted and need help, lol. But these clowns don't seem to get it. I'm not Carlos. Mi nombre es Timo. Carlos no aqui.
i ama finance manager and i can tell you that banks look further than two years. they will look at your complete credit profile, yes the past two years is going to show them a trend but it is not the sole basis on a decision from a bank on credit. he is correct in saying that you have to avoid them and don't affirm the debt! thats their job. and after a BK the best thing to do is to get a credit card and buy a car, you will have high interest but you also just filed BK. the most importat thing is after a BK make sure you are perfect. one slow pay will kill you after a BK. my $.02
Not gonna Pay
Get calls from there over a radiology debt from Michigan. Im filing a bk chapter 7 and found that just avoiding them limits there powers. According to my lawyer, even after you incuur debt you still need to acknowledge it to them. Im other words give them ammunition to go to a judge and say with out a doubt that i is yours so they can easily get a judgement. But without answering phone call or paying on the debt it makes it more difficult for them. I dont even listen to the calls to avoid the physc games. I have no worries the is america and as soon as my bk is final I will contact capital one and get a SECURED credit card and start to rebuild. Creditors only look at the last 2 years and if your rebuilding or not. I work in real estate and will be able to buy another house after a year if I want.
