A very nice boiler room story. Here's another story. Another guy who took a similar cruise ship ended up in the South Pole and had to circle around it for months trying to find the way back home. Since the cruise ship was sponsored in a boiler room, it didn't have a navigation system.

Unfortunately my fiance is an idiot and fell for this scam.  I work at a credit union and hear this crap happen every day so I about killed him when he called to tell me this "great deal" he got on a cruise. Ugh! Sooo now we're out $109.You can call and complain to them and they'll tell you that they are going to refund your account and they never do.  If you call and tell them you'll contact the authorities they don't blink an eye either.  Please people use some common sense and save your loved ones from wanting to kill you.

I got the same offer in the mail and took them up on their offer. I said what do I have to lose! And I'm glad I did because me and my family enjoyed a fantastic vacation.  The company is legitimate.  There name is Caribbean Cruise Line and their port is out of Palm Beach Florida and goes to the Grand Bahama Island. I was very impressed with the ship itself and how clean it was.  However, the inside cabin wasn't all that big but we didn't stay in it much except to sleep.  We got the three meals per day we were guaranteed as well as access to the 24 hour buffets. There were tons of stuff to do on the ship.  My kids really loved it! They had clubs with trained counselors for 3 different age groups, a 180 foot slide, swimming pools, video games and a chance to mingle with other children aboard.  While the children were occupied me, my spouse, and family enjoyed the spa, fitness center, the las vegas style casino, the 2 level night club, an all you can eat meat and seafood at The Rio restaurant. They have three other restaurants too which are free but I think the Cove you have to pay since it's more formal. One of the only downers was the port of call to the Grand Bahamas Island that offered so many things to do we couldn't possible enjoy all the activities available in the small amount of time allotted from 8am to 6pm.  But all in all, the trip was great! And me and my family are planning to travel with them again because of the significant savings.  When I researched the paying of port taxes when registering for the vacation in the beginning I found out that we were actually getting a reduced cost there too because the normal tax amount was over 125 bucks but paying the port tax was nothing compared to the memories me and my family have made.  Also, the timeshare tour is a small inconvenience, but I just gave them my opinion and got a free gambling certificate to use in the casino.  You're not obligated to buy anything, but most promotional packages like this offer timeshare tours no matter the company.  It's how they make their money. However, I probably would have signed up for the timeshare offer because it was really nice but it wasn't in my budget. Overall, I'm glad I took this vacation because I could have missed out on an amazing trip.  One more thing, if you do decide to take this cruise, see if you can book your registration with Mansuur because he was very nice and helped us get a discount on our airfare and hotel and a free rental car while we were there.

I just received this in the mail. Like most of you, my "Voucher" # is the same - 161002. I have called a company like this in the past and found it to be a scam, where they want your cc# and pressure you to give it to them. When you refuse, they are rude and hang up, or call back numerous times. For fun, I opened this letter today. It has a carbon copy sheet between the "Boarding Pass" redemption voucher and the copy of the "Boarding Pass" redemption voucher. The carbon copy sheet even has the markings where it had "copied" the writing on the top sheet....except, upon further inspection, it isn't even really a carbon copy sheet! HA! I tried writing on the sheets, just to see if they REALLY took the time to write on each one of these mailings. Of course, it didn't go through. LOL In the Terms & Conditions section, it states that "This project is registered with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission." Yet it is "Licensed and Bonded in the State of Florida, Fla. Seller of Travel Red. No. st-37425." That is interesting to read....they're licensed and bonded in Florida, yet this "advertisement project" (if you can call it that) is registered in New Jersey??

All I can say is, READ everything about a company before doing business with them. And don't give your cc# or any personally identifiable info to anyone, especially over the phone, with knowing exactly what you're getting yourself in to. And if you DO call them, block your number and do not give it to them, as they WILL harass you, long after you've said no to their offer.
