Hi again---FOUND IT! It is a chinese telemarketing scam. when you type in the 1-800 number without
using any hyphens, google finds it. Thanks China!

when you call the number back it directs you to call 1-900-446-2900, and that it will cost you $1.99 charge...oh boy!!!! Don't call........

I just received a call to my cell from this number - a google search gets 4 hits, all results in Chinese characters. I don't think I'll be calling them back ;)

my phone is on the "Do Not Call" list. I should not be receiving any calls like this.
