Event Reminder
I too, got a card in the mail with the same 800 number.  I just bought a new Toyota Camry and when I called to tell them that I already had a Warranty, the man got very insulting, rude, and obnoxious.  He told me he didn't know why I bothered to call him and said I "should go and get myself a life".  I've never been talked to like that and wish we could shut them down but unfortunately after enough calls they shut down and use another 800 number.  My concern is: how do they get the information of my Vin number, make of auto, etc.  I intend to send a message to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and asked how they file their titles.  The leak has to be from the Auto agency, the insurance co., or the BMV.

I got this in the mail too! For a car I just bought!! How did they know? Are they able to access Secretary of States files? Or was it the insurance company's files? I don't know if it's a scam or not because there are services out there that allow you to make a monthly payment in exchange for them fixing your car when it breaks down. I'm not calling the number though because I didn't ask for the information and obviously they invaded my privacy by somehow obtaining my records from someone other than myself.

This is a big scam! I am a car salesman. A customer of mine that speaks hardly any english saw the ad in the mail and thought that is was from us. He called the number and they took his account and routing number. They charge him 154 dollars a month he came in to ask me to cancel it and showed me the ad. I attempted to help him to remove the warranty because he already has a 2 year 24 thousand mile warranty through the finance company that he is with. They were incredibly rude I informed the lady that he already had a warranty he did not need this she kept telling him that he had already used the warranty which he had not. She would not allow him to cancel it!

I received the same card in the mail. Apparently they know what car i own too... My car is over 10 years old and i know my warranty is expired, so there is no need for me to call them.
