Who is calling from the following #: 1(800)988-4145 ....... and what do they want?

They called with an unknown number leaving a message which only stated that there was an "important matter". It left me wondering if it was real which is why I began to look them up.

They call & leave a message to call them back about a "Personal Matter."  That's not even legal for a Debt Collector to be deceptive.  I won't call them until they identify who they are & what they want!

This agency has called at least 5 times in the past 6 months trying to collect on a debt owed by my husband's ex-wife of 28 years ago.  We have explained over and over again that we have had no contact with the ex-wife for those 28 years, have no idea where she is, and are definitely not responsible for any of of her debts!!!!!

Only one of the company's employees out of the four that contacted me was extremely rude and I mean verbally very nasty and threatening.  Supposedly my situation will be corrected within 24 hours -- will wait and see!

I got a call from "Evy"  Says to call back.  No business name.

Just tired ! They are calling & its not even for me. I keep telling him that its the wrong # he doesnt care !

Company does not verify what type of business they are. They want you to verify all your information but will not give you any of theirs.  They talk to fast where you cannot understand them.  Very rude and unprofessional.

I GOT A A COUPLE CALLS FROM " MIKE"  DOES NOT STATE WHAT THE BUSINESS IS.

It is I.C. Systems. It's a 3rd party collections agency. They want you to pay your bills

Hey Dan,,,,, they want me to pay someone's blls alright,,,,, just not mine. I can't get the a-holes to stop calling me looking for some guy named John. Are you kidding me! I am about ready to try and find John myself so this obtrusive calling will cease and desist. WTF!

Calls multiple times per day

In the state of Mississippi, a collection agency is required to discontinue contact with you if you write and send a written notice informing them to stop contacting you. (This may be the law in other states as well.)

They call every night demanding to speak to my nephew who hasn't lived with me in years.  I tell them that and they are extremely rude.  I'd use Call Block but my phone company charges additional for that feature.

Please do not speak to these maggots.  If you do, the old debt becomes as good as new, and can effect you greatly.
Get a system with caller Id, or call block, and if that isn't possible, just hang up.  Any money they collect goes int THEIR pocket, not to the person you origionally owed money to..These people are bottom feeders and scammers.

These a-hole have been calling for the past 4 years trying to collect a $580 debt left by my daughter who passed away 5 years ago.  Since when does an elderly parent become responsible for a 50 year old relative who have died??? They won't listn, and are rude and ignorant.
I noe have an interenet phoe service which blocks their call, and they get a busy signal.  I'm sure they are running out of phone numbers. I have 7 blocked so far...

Michelle (employee X254) called me from I.C. Systems and said I owed 600 dollars on a target account. I explained I was
unemployed and had been since last April, that I had no money and was living with a relative. She said that was no excuse, that it didn't make it okay and I needed to pay. I explained I had no more funds, and was trying to find work. She laughed and said "Mr.
Davis the truth is you could have found work by now if you wanted it". She continued to belittle me and use a sarcastic tone throughout the conversation. What I told her is true, I have been looking for work since losing my Job in April. I was briefly hired in
September, but lost that position as well. I have been looking for work since, and haven't found anything. She shouted over me, said and laughed the whole time, saying I "couldn't pull that with [her]". This conversation left me shaken and agitated. I want
IC Systems to explain my rights to me, especially since I am unemployed and have no income. The truth is, I don't know what to
do. I found Michelle to be cruel toward someone like me who really doesn't have a job, who lost his apartment, and is living in shame with a relative.

These two people have been calling and the are very rude and they make my mom nervous because they are calling her cell phone she has tried to be reasonable and the bully her and tell her you know where he is u are just hiding him. She is very sickly and gets easily agitated so I told her don't let them curse you hang up or ask for the Supervisor she says the say no so now what kind of people are these who would iritate a sick lady on public utilities is that not against the Law?

These People are some very rude a***s and if you do have a collection it makes you not want to pay the because they a-holes and they need manners

I have been receiving calls from this same number at my work for over a week now - sometimes they leave a message but mostly they don't.  Today I answered my phone and she said she was Michelle from I.C. Systems trying to collect a debt.  She told me I had a balance on a credit card of $773 and wanted to know how I was going to take care of it today.  I asked her if there was a number that I could call her back since this was my work number.  She have me the 800-988-4145 number and said that she was going to make the account as refusal to pay - I said I never said I was not going to pay I just need to call back after work hours.  She got very nasty and hung up on me

Once again from Jan 2008 until now i have recieved so many calls per day at least 4 to 12 from this number. I actually spoke to someone and told them they had the wrong house, number and person and they still continue to call. So i have reported this numner to www.fcc.gov and hopefully i will not hear from them again.

They call at ten til 9:00 p.m. every night. It only rings once, and they don't leave a message.

I receive several calls everyday on my cell phone but I never answered the call because I don't like answering to business call on my cell.

I decided to finally answer and when I did a man asked for a janina and I told them that they had the wrong name and asked him why he calls so many times every day. He responded by asking for my name and when I refused to tell him he said he would not stop calling me until I gave him my name and he hung up.

I don't know what this numbr is but they are rude and annoying...

I got the same message "Hello ______, it's Michelle calling concerning this business of yours. It would be in your best interest to contact me today. My number is 800-988-4145 and my office hours are 7 am to 10 pm tonight."
I called back and used fake information to try and find out who/what they wanted, however they wouldnt give me any info and said since I wasnt in their system they wouldnt tell me what kind of company they are. Only said it was IC Systems and the lady was rude when I told her I wasnt comfortable speaking with someone who wouldnt tell me who she was.

Uhm, isnt this called phishing... just a thought... assume its against the law to do this...

They keep calling the house asking for Robert.  No Robert lives her.  When My Wife asked to speak to the supervisor they hang up.

We just signed up for new service and got this new number for about 3 months. This idiots from I.C. Systems have been calling every day for last 3 months. They would not say who they are OR what they are calling for. They only ask for some random names every time. This time when they called I gave them HELL!!! and told them I will call Cops on them. I am going to report them to Verizon and ensure they don't call my house ever again.

This same lady, Michelle, called my boyfriend a "Mother F*&#@er" and when we asked to speak to her supervisor he denied that it would have happenned...untill he listened to the recorded call. I have not heard from them since but if you want to make a complaint,contact the federal trade comission, the FCC and the attorney general. You do not have to tolerate abuse!

Called on my cellphone on Memorial Day, the lady was very rude.  is there somewhere I can make a complaint?

i got same message, and she also called at 5:23 in the morning.  not cool.
