This number comes through with charges  shown as "Membership." It is tied to the company Comprehensive Weightloss which sneaks their membership charges through as fine print for other websites. They also put charges through as "CW Transactions" and "CW Web Access." The phone numbers 1-866-279-5581 and 1-866-989-2685 have also been used.

I ordered a 14 day trial or acia berry.  I just noticed that for the past two months i have been getting 2 charges taken out of my bank statement.  I NEVER authorized these payments nor did i have any idea that I was automatically signed up for these two companies.  Comprehensive WeightLoss  and Insider secrets tips.com.

No call, just an unauthorized charge of $4.95 on our credit card that we received an inquiry email about from Visa.  The charge appeared as a "CW Web Charge".  We had stopped our subscription to Wu Yi tea over two months ago, even getting a refund in April after they continued to ship their tea and we returned it.  Some Government Agency needs to go after these Scam Artists and prosecute them and make them return all the funds unlawfully taken from unsuspecting customers. Now I have to contact CW and remove our membership even though we didn't sign up for a membership.  We only intended to try the tea and if it worked to my satisfaction, I would have continued.  Warn your friends!!

I bought Acaiburn and now am caught in the loop of charges to my cc.  Fees show against CW-WEBENTRY8009895907 on my bank statement.  I have cancelled my connection with them but don't feel at all confident.  I am going to remove funds from this account so there is nothing for them to draw on. This has worked in the past with another company.  Here's hoping.

My husband wanted to give me a surprise and requested a trial of Wu-Yi tea. He cancelled in January, and what with our being a combination of busy, away and unwell we have only now realised that this company has not only not cancelled as requested in writing but has actually taken hundreds of dollars from our credit card. We are cancelling our credit card tomorrow as our only defence against the scam. It was shocking to find when we googled the company just now that there are so many other angry people out there.

it is part of the Acaiburn scam. call 800-989-5907 and they will cancel your "membership" that you never signed up for but they will not refund your money.

I canceled the achai-burn 14 days after I received it,but they charged me  $59.95 for it anyway, plus  $1.00 charge for the credit card, besides the $4.95 for shipping which was all I was supposed to pay , if I did not cancel in 14 days. Now I'm being charged $9.95 for I don't know what or who even after I canceled.

My daughter just called me to ask why her account has a huge negative balance (she is a college student and rarely uses the account).  These repetitive $9.95 and $4.95 charges from the ACAIBURN scam PLUS international monetary conversion fees from the same charges.  Be sure to check those out too.

I think it is time for a class action lawsuit.  Check back here in 30 days and I will post the name and contact info for an attorney who takes on the scam artists.  It's time to hit them back.

I am really pissed up with this Wu-yi tea. I had ordered this tea, but when i ordered the price was about 16 dollars but it has charged me about 45 pounds and other some membership charges and more with what soever reasons. It has already charged me about £400 and it's really annoying that my bank isn't doing much. Now the last alternative left is to terminate my credit card and I really don't have any idea of getting the refund. These types of s**t company are ruining the online business and I guess some body out there should really do something to get rid of these scum bags, s**t heads.

I've had the same charges for $4.95 and $9.95, as well as $1.00 transaction charge and couldn't figure out what it was!

I bought AcaiBurn before and called them to make sure the subscription was cancelled before the trial period was up - they told me I was cancelled. But I continued receiving those mysterious charges and after googling, I finally figured out that it's in connection to AcaiBurn!

Being a kind of paranoid person who doesn't buy into the the online thing much, I saved (copy/pasted) some information from the website. And I found the following blurb (came from their website).. hope it helps everyone out - I'm going to try calling them asap myself:

If after your 14-day trial you are certain that you love AcaiBurn, simply do nothing. Continue on with your full month supply and not until after the 14th day will you be billed the Preferred Member discounted price of only fifty nine ninety five. (It used to cost $80.00 up-front – so you not only get to “try before you buy”, but for a limited time you’ll get it for 25% off!) And when you order today, you will be positioned to receive future shipments from our “Special Reserve” stock even after the “Out-of-Stock” sign goes up to other customers. This means that on day thirty of your weight loss, you will be sent your next three months supply for the locked-in discounted Preferred Member price of only fifty nine ninety five/month plus free shipping to ensure it all arrives at your address on time! And remember, there’s never any obligation – you can cancel your membership at any time by calling 1-800-659-3588 or sending an email to support@acaiburn.com. You also get the Insider Secrets Expert Tips Package and the Comprehensive Weight Loss eBook Package that come with a seven day and twenty eight day trial period so that you can put the diet expert’s extensive knowledge into practice for yourself. You're billed only four dollars ninety five cents and nine dollars ninety five cents monthly (will appear as Internet Access Fee and Membership) for as long as your unique All-Access passes remain active. Prior charges for bonuses are non-refundable but subscription can be cancelled and future charges stopped at any time. To cancel, call toll-free 1-866-279-6513 for Insider Secrets and 1-800-989-5907 for the eBook package. Cancellation is hassle-free and immediate whenever you wish. (All necessary cancellation information is provided when you claim your AcaiBurn System today before it is released for others to claim.)

I keep receiving charges to my credit card account after everything has been cancelled like everyone else.  Everytime you call, if you get through, you get someone that is foreign to our language and "does not" understand you or pretends to understand you and then you still keep getting recharged monthly.  Is the only solution to cancel the charge card.  On the 15th they got 6.95 + a .07cent fee.  Then on the 29th they got me for 9.95 + a .10cent fee.  I just received my statement today which is the 16th, so that means they have already got my account for June.  Looks like the only thing to do is cancel the card.  Does anyone have a solution that works.  Would greatly appreciate it!

I just called the number that was on my credit card statement 800 989 5907 which was billing me $6.95 and $9.95 a month.  They gave me a phone # 866 989 2685.  I called it and it had already been cancelled on 3/3009, but that account had my first and last name on it.  The credit card had my middle initial on it so I had 2 accounts.  One had been cancelled, the other was still active and going in on my card every month.  So I had 2 months charges for nothing and also 2 accounts that they established.  They again cancelled the 2nd account and gave me a cancellation confirmation number.  This may work for you.  Hope so.

I have been charged several times by this company for various amounts totaling about $150.  They put themselves as several different names of companies, and charge small amounts to begin with.  If you don't dispute them, they start chraging larger amounts.  I believe they are somehow affiliatied with trial periods you sign up for.  They all have this 866-989 or 800-989 number.  Dispute them immediately if you see any charge at all from a number like this.  They only started with $1.99 and $4.99 charges with me, and charged more every couple weeks.

Call 1-800-989-5907, wait forever, tell person you didn't subscribe, want refund, they give you a canx number, and tell you they will give you 50% of charge back. Ask for suppervisor, wait again. They will come back and tell you that they will try to continue to help you instead. Tell them that you declined all offers when asked when you signed up for the teethwhitening product, and you cancelled it within the 10 day trial period. That you will not only be stopping this charge at your bank, but that you will be contacting your lawyer and be suing their company for falsly approving this charge. They will then tell you they will give you 100% back.. and give you the canx. number.    GOOD LUCK!!

Definitely be careful what online "trials" you sign up for online, Dazzlewhite has sold my information to at least two other companies: Comprehensive Weightloss and AcaiBurn.  I thought I had canceled the Dazzlewhite trial "with no additional charges to be placed on my account"

. . . ya, at least not directly by them!  3 dollars here and 7 dollars there are hardly noticable, especially by non-descript companies (good thing a phone number was associated with the charge or I would never have found this website with all of this helpful information!) so beware of these SCAM artists!  I am going to cancel my card and Replace with a new one!

I signed up for Wu-yi tea and cancelled.. then i returned the tea and was able to get 100% refunded.  But for the next couple of months, I have been charged these little charges--i had no idea what they were for.  Apparently in the fine print of those "terms of agreement" thingy that people click "accept" it says you're signing up for these other free offers and that you have to cancel with each company specifically.  The two numbers I was given are: "insider's secret tips: 866-989-2685" and "EZ Weight Loss tea: 866-989-8949".  This is ridiculous.

Don't waiste your time. Cancel your credit card. Notify your bank if you have used a card related to them. Debit, check card, etc.  If you have received product, why would you worry about returning this to them. They will not come after you ( THIS IS A SCAM!!! ) for the payment and if they do, I welcome them. NOW!! they will have to expose themselves legally, and could we get so lucky, even a court of law. NOW YOU HAVE THEM. I can see if you are trying to get money back, them follow up but mail back product on your nickle, No way.

SCAM!.....SCAM!.....SCAM!.....SCAM!.....SCAM!.....SCAM!.....Scam!.....SCAM!...

Apparently, this is somehow related to the following number : 800-281-9006. If you check the comments of this page, people says that this is a fraudulent company. I've been charged too from fees from that number after buying Wu-Yi tea. The billed you every month and send you the tea and this fee was the cost of the membership. I was written in small letters at the end (it was at the bottom of the page).

Someone said that calling to this number might help : 1-800-363-0187.

I canceled my order as soon as I noticed that this wasn't really clear. They told me that they canceled everything and I would revceived a refund. But they charge me three times Plus the membership and refund only once...

Hope that might help you.
