Just got a call from Melilssa Mullin today (caller ID says 480.361.9634 - she says to call 8..996.4692 x4310).  She wanted to talk to "the owner" about doing construction repairs for flood and fire damage.  I always check when the message is for "the owner" - if it's legitimate the caller will have spent a little bit of time trying to find out the owner's actual name before making the call.  Another scam.

Mellisa called me with the same scam and wanted $1400 to put my company on the insurance adjuster yellow pages.guarenteed me thousands in insurance work.

I spoke with the same girl, she sounded like she was calling from a Pub because she sounded drunk. What people will do for money these days... So sad

I rcvd a message from a Jennifer mackluvea(a name that's hard to even remember). Came from 480-361-9634 but said to call the 800-996-4692 ext 4301, she was calling because she needs my company to do repair claims for insurance companies. Total scam, they just want your money and personal info

Have received at least 4 calls from this number which showed up as Nationwide Pub on my caller ID. At one point my daughter gave the phone to her dad and the woman told him that they are looking for tile contractors to handle repairs and replacements for insurance claims. When he started to ask questions about the company the woman got vague and he sensed a scam and quickly ended the conversation. Unfortunately, "Jennifer" at 1-800-996-4692 ext. 4301 has since called twice and left messages--neither time did she mention a company name.  Grateful for this site so I could check the number out.  Hope no one falls for their deceptive practices.

They would call on a weekly basis wanting to speak to the owner of the company. They would hang up. I decided to play along with their game to find out more information. This Jennifer McElyea said that she was looking for a company to do "excavating work for insurance claims.

got a call from a Michelle Newton trying to get us to sign on for an ad in a " Claims Pages" directory, that would supposedly be used by insurance adjusters.  Sounded like a scam to me, so I looked up this number and --- well looks like it is a scam.

Got two calls from Millissa Mullen for a special listing for insurance work. Since I check out any my cold call  message . Found it is a call center  at 6336 main east , Mesa , Arizona.  
Nationwide publishing will not do anything but waste your time and take your money.

my staff received a call and was told we could call them back at that number and she stated it is a preffered insuance claim listing and we would not be bidding against others, just have to charge fair prices. it was $1,000.00 to be listed and it was a list for insurance companies only. i searched the number and found the website that seems to be for the company that answers the phone, if all these people I see many of whom I do work with in the trade signed up thats to bad.

I didn't answer, but she left a voicemail stating she is an agency wanting to speak to the "owner" of the business about using us for insurance claims.  She called before. The first time, she got me and was RUDE.  I would never do business with them.

Received a call from a Melissa Mullen. She gave me the Insurance Claims line which I almost fell for as our company does in fact handle construction defect claims and related insurance claims, and she worded it so it sounded like she had some claims for us. Thankfully I make a habit of checking any 800 number I receive calls from here before I pass on messages to my boss.

Call me wanting to know if I want to do insurance work for them. Leave messages with the name "Melissa Scott at ext. 4304".  Yeah, right....

Wants to know if we want extra work doing insurance work.  Same person called 3 days in a row and left the exact same message word for word so it must be a script.  It wasn't a pre-recording either because each message was a tiny bit different.

Male caller wanted to know if my company provided surveillance services to support litigation in insurance claims. Was polite and to the point. I advised that my specialty was evidence photography, trace/locate/summons service of missing defendants, and email tracing.

My name is Jared. This guy called and left a message. Sounded like there were kids in the background, too.. said my company was referred to him because I deal with data recovery during disasters... which is true. But he didn't leave any details in his message. Awkward!!

These dirt bags almost got my fixed income elderly mother to buy a trip that she "won" for $600.00

I also got a call yesterday,1-26-11, and the guys name was John Dorenso (480-) 833-4033. Bent my ear for over 1 hour detailing his company and wanting to give me a job as an adjuster!! (scam) ie Insurance claim work, prefered vendor! Scam!! Missla manager, SCAM! He asked to many unrelated questions and no details on a interview or anything that was right for a job. Dont do it hang up!! SCAM do I have to repete?,

I was contacted by these guys a couple of years ago. They tread a fine line at ALMOST saying they will get you leads without actually saying it. I don't know that Ins. companies even read that publication - just because they print it doesn't mean it gets used.

This is an advertising company who solicits private investigators to pay for ad space on an internet advertising forum/web page that is allegedly viewed by insurance adjusters. They are called "Claims Pages". Their website is www.claimspages.com They called my company on 08/26/09 provided the call back # of 800-996-4692 ext 4305. They call us about once a year. The voice mail left was very professional and not misleading.

Got the same call and the guy left a msg and went so far as stating he wanted to provide our company with insurance fraud and personal injury cases.  How do they get away with this type of "fraud?"
