I've been getting calls from 954-318-9214 (check my posting for this number) claiming to be "Publishing Processors" and that they "service" my Playboy subscription. I knew this to be a lie but contacted Playboy to confirm the facts before posting here and complaining to the FTC.

800-999-4438 is the Playboy Magazine Subscriber Customer Service. They DO NOT make out-going calls or subscriber solicitation calls. Their subscriber base is firm. They do not need to sell subscriptions by phone. The number on your Caller ID was either a telemarketer scam or a prank.
