How can I stop this?

Just a quick question Blake, did you finally get your refund?  I talked to them last week, they told me to return the mdse, and I would get credit back as soon as they rec'd a tracking #.  Any info you have on this would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi, this is the third number that I've tried to call, they all lead to the same Customer Service and then hang up. Please help - ANYONE! I can't have my credit card charged.

How long did it take for them to pick up... because they are charging my credit card and I have never recv'd anything!

I got this chargeg on my credit after ordering the free trail for Acai Berry, but I did try to call this number and all I got was a recording said this is Customer Service and then I got music I held on the phone for 15 minutes and no one answered.

Ya I did this too... such a rip off.. I was charged the 89 bucks before I even recv'd the trial! I was so dumb bought into because it was on Rachel Ray.
I have been calling for days to get it canceled, and they never pick up the phone.

I just got off the ohone with them. They have a no return policy and you have to pay them if you were already charged. Call them asap to cancle it.
It takes them awhile to answer the phone. The hold music shuts off and then its quiet after that and then they answer. The company is located in Utah.

I've been calling this phone number to cancel my 'membership', but have been unable to talk to a person to cancel.

The $89.00 charge is coming form this website https://www.secureeasypay.com/extremeacaiberr ... affID=715684939  for Acaiberry supplements. When you place an order for the trial pack of around $3.00 they have a discalimer at the bottom of their sire that reads the following information.

I understand that by ordering Extreme AcaiBerry, I am agreeing to receive Extreme AcaiBerry for a free 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $3.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-801-208-7490 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 14th day my credit card will automatically be charged $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Extreme AcaiBerry to be shipped at that time to my door.

Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $89.31 every 31 days for a new supply of Extreme AcaiBerry. I understand that I may cancel any future shipments Monday through Friday by calling 1-801-208-7490. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm MST.

We do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped.
