Have been called twice by 1-801-208-8735.  I have not answered, either time. My intuition kicked in, I guess.  I do not know anyone from Utah, & just suspected something was fishy.  Glad that I read about the experiences of others, who were unfortunately scammed.

Thanks Wendy for posting this number - 877-331-3567 - after trying several numbers and only getting busy signals, this number actually had a live person answer. I gave them the order number and they had me as a customer and tried to keep me by saying I was entitled to some free bottle or something, but I demanded that they cancel my account and was told my account was now definitely canceled and nothing would be sent or charged to my account and I received a reference number. I also asked what company I was dealing with and was told "Fullfillment Center" (which I noticed was on the from address on the envelope). So now I will just have to watch my account every day and make sure they don't charge the $89.31 to my credit card because that comes to $135+ in Australian dollars and I can't afford that! I actually thought I ordered this trial through an Australian website so was shocked to find my trial pack was coming from the US. I'm usually very careful so am angry with myself to be so easily conned, happy (and sad) I am not the only one in the world who missed the "Terms" way at the bottom of the page, fortunately I found out I was going to be charge regularly by the little slip of paper in the envelope with the bottle of tabs and immediately did the call around, with 3 days before the 14 days was up. Fingers crossed!

I attempeted to call this company many times to cancel befor the 14 day trial was up, I could not get through to anyone. I filed a card dispute with my cc (Visa) gave them the information but they charged the 89.31 back to my account after about 60 days, they told me they could not do anything about it. This is fraud but I dont know where to go to stop this kind of online deception.

I just got ripped off by this scam.  I called my bank and then I called the 877-331-3567 number and spoke to customer service.  He informed me that if I had read the "terms and conditions" (which is an entirely separate link at the bottom of the page that I didn't even notice before) I would have seen that if I didn't cancel I would be charged $89.31 every month.  He canceled my account but said he couldn't refund my  money on items already shipped (which I did not want and have not received).  I am going to call back and ask to speak with a supervisor and demand my money back.  I have stared a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - I suggest all of you do the same so we can shut these people down.  Or call and tell them you are filing a complaint, even if you're not. We have to fight back!

Call your bank immediately and shut your card down! Dispute the charges, tell the bank  you misplaced your card or lost it  or it was stolen. Call what phone numbers you have to cancel further activity, such as shipments of their product. Do not accept delivery of any packages from anyone you do not recognize!

This is a fraudulent website. Once they get your # they will continue to charge it. I ordered the "Trial" amount on 9/24/08 and they charged me again on 10/08/08 for 83.91, which I did not authorize, and have not received! It seemed legit, but their billing practices are fraudulent. It has not been 30 days since the order of the "TRIAL" amount. I wish I had researched this company before I gave out my #. The old addage that if it seems to be too good to be true, then it probably isn't!!!!!

I did not receive a call but you tried charging my account for $3.95.  You are to cancel this order and any future orders.  I am blocking you from any charges on my account and if I see anything coming through I will contact the police department to file a fraud complaint.

I was told I would be refunded today.  I started with I never saw the terms, but they claimed a checked a box that said I read the terms.  Prior to this though,  I figured out another fraud they are committing.  In the terms "I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-801-208-7490 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 15th day my credit card will automatically be charged $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Extreme Acai Berry. to be shipped at that time to my door."

The key here is the 31 day supply, On the bottle, it states to take 1-2 tablets 30 minute before meals.  I eat three meals per day as most people do. Therefore the bottle should have had a minimum of 93 tablets in it.  It only has 60 tablets.  This is an Unfair Business Practice known as Bait-and-switch (advertising/promising one thing and delivering something else).  They tried to offer me more tablets to make me whole, but I didn't agree to the new terms (could be considered a renegotiation/ new contract).

They wanted me to return the tablets, but I told them I would not pay a cent to return their tablets.  They said to go to the post office and get a new confirmation number, but the PO wanted to charge me.  I called them back and told them they can send a pre-paid return label if they want them back.  I let them know that I had contacted an attorney and that the attorney agrees that this is an Unfair Business Practice.  They talked to 2 supervisors (the second was the first supervisors manager) and decided to refund my money.  This all took place on 8/26/08.

I reported the fraud to my bank.  I also used the link above to report it to the USPS.  My next move is to report them to the Attorney General of either (or both) Flordia and/or Nevada.  I suggest everyone does the same.

This company does business as Nu Bodi.  I had no problem gettig through to Customer Service, my first call took 10 minutes & my second call took about one minute.

Finally, I attempted to find out who owns Nu Bodi, but the CS representative said she had signed a confidentiality agreement and couldn't disclose that information.  Very Shady!

Should you find the owner's name please post it as a response to this post.

Save a Copy of the order page  with the Terms on your computer or print it out.

There are two issues here.  First issues is that most people don't get a chance to read the terms, since they are well below the order button and most people click order.  Secondly, in the terms they claim that this is a 31 day supply of suppements.  However, the bottle states that you are suppose to take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before meals.  At 3 meals per day and 1 tablet per meal, that would be a minimum of 93 tablets.  This is false advertising another form of fraud.

Stay away from this company, they are either intenionally trying to defraud people or unintentionally incompitent.

Why do you change your compnay name every month?

Why can't you be found in the the Florida, Utah's or Nevada's Secretary of State's list of companies? (all states related to your company)

Why is it so hard to cancel?

Why not put the additional terms above the order button?  (Most people never see the additional terms)
