It's from "Loss Centric", apparently a legal firm out soliciting people to sue other people. "If you've been in an accident, we can get you a lot of money. Press 1 to talk to us now." --kind of thing.

appears to be solicate for lawsuits. says about drugs used that may have caused problems but hung up before listen to all message
