I missed two calls (to my cell) from 661-208-3119 at 10:04 am and 12:23 pm. At 1:16 pm I called the number back and a young woman answered stating that she was calling for NLC Insurance. She wanted to give me a quote. NLC is an insurance company on the east coast that only sells to Conn. and Rhode Island residents.

The card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I have been called by this same outfit form different numbers. When you ask for the supervisor or ask them to take you off the list they hang up.

These "credit scammers" are so annoying, I wish they would give me their physical address to pay them a visit. So they claim they can reduce my interest rates on my credit cards. I ask them, "what's in THIS for YOU?" The lady says "we get the pleasure of helping you." I start laughing and ask "what is the name of the company you are working for?" All of a sudden, a QUICK CLICK and I'm disconnected. I wanted to talk to them a little more to let them know they weren't calling a fool.

Same "POOP" different smell !!!!
All these creeps use a SPOOF numbers, not there real number!
We are wasting out time posting on this forum!!!!!!!! Nothing will happen just like listing your number on the Do-Not-Call list, N-O-T-H-I-N-G happens!!! Who knows what their real number is as they are usually calling from a fake (SPOOF) number.... I get calls all the time from new numbers as the old ones I block on my phone. Just hang up or when the want your credit card number tell then to hold on while you get it, sure. My view... How to file with the FTC.... http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
Here is how they do it, Just Google search "How to SPOOF a caller I.D. number"
How is this legal???? Go to this link, you may have to copy and paste: http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/F ... _scams-1282.php

got robocall from 801-214-0092 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Friday 04-25-14 @ 106 PM
Message said approved from "Armed services & this is Ken with Account Services wanting to lower my Interest on my credit card..........press 1 to talk to a......"
So I pressed 1 and a male with an African accent answered and he asked "Are you responding to lowering your Interest."
Right away I called him several very nasty expletives and gave him numerous blasts with the "SCAMMER HORN".
When I went back to listen in about 20 seconds he was long GONE.

Got a recorded call today 4/25/14 claiming they would reduce my credit card payments, which is particularly amusing since this call came in on a business phone line for the major credit card company that I work for!
The recording said to Press 1 to speak to someone, which I did, so that I could request we be removed from this list, but the call went into a void and was disconnected.
I called the number back and got a different recording for a different "business" - an automated marketing system that asked for parties interested in starting their own moneymaking automated phone business to leave a message.

Call Pacwest (877) 626-4325 everytime you get this call. According to them, they will discontinue the number, but they need calls. I got this # from Bartelby Hellfire who posted the entire information of the offensive company earlier. I'm sure a class action suit against PacWest might be the right move. They provide the direct telephonic service and have been informed of their illegal activities and continue to provide them services. They say they will provide my # to their do no call list, but I'm on the NATIONAL DO CALL LIST!!!!
BTW.. Thanks Bartelby Hellfire.. You gave me a place to vent that will not hang up on me..

I got a call from this number on April 24, 2014 at 2:43 PM. My caller ID read Salt Lake CIty, Utah. When I answered, it was a prerecorded message from "Card Holder Services" about lowering my credit card interest payments. It told me to press 1 to speak with a "representative'. I pressed it and after the message was finished, it automatically disconnected. It never connected me with a scamming "representative".

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Just got a call from 801-214-0092. Robo: "Press one to find out how to lower your interest rate on your credit card." I pressed one, and a guy came on with a spiel: How much credit card debt do you owe? I hemmed and hawed, and said "maybe 10 thousand" "What's your interest rate?" "I don't know, maybe 10 percent." Then I asked him what his physical address is; he asked why do you want to know, I said if I do business with someone, I want to know who they are and where. He said, "Credit card services, 1684 Westside Parkway Road, Wilmington, DE." I asked why they are calling me: he said because you have been paying your credit card on time for six months.
Then I told him the truth: I don't have a credit card. Ha. He hung up. But I wasted some of his time.
That address doesn't exist, according to USPS zip code lookup.

got robocall from 801-214-0092 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Wednesday 04-23-14 @ 936 AM
Message said approved from "Armed services & this is Ken with Account Services wanting to lower my Interest on my credit card..........press 1 to talk to a......"
So I pressed 1 and a female answered and she asked "Are you responding to lowering your Interest."
Right away I called her several nasty expletives and gave her numerous blasts with the "SCAMMER HORN".
She (must have been a seasoned scumbag caller) was still hanging on the line talking but I do not listen to them. Gave her more and nastier expletives about her parentage, her mother, what caller really does for a living (on the streets) and continually blew the "SCAMMER HORN" after each of the remarks,
She finally had enough and hung up.

Received this call about 6:30 AM. Did not pick up - recorded message talks about lowering interest rates on credit cards. This is not a business we've ever dealt with or contacted.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is buy a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.
Google "call blocker" for more information.
If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers! All that does is verify your phone number! And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

This is another one of the scam calls from low lifes that want to lower your interest rate. Is there anyway these low lifes can be stopped from calling?
| Bartelby Hellfire 2014-04-21 18:24:47 Telemarketer |
This is who rented the scum the number, call them and let them know EXACTLY how you feel. Make sure they get covered as you clear you chest. Make your call very clear and don't stop until the calls stop.

Call the Number back and get Tim and a very Long winded message - Dude is a total scam/Scum Bucket of person.
By all means fill up his voice mail box.

A new version of the CC Scam - Low budget as can tell by Tim on the Robo part for the Intro call.
Tim says he is with Card Services, American white chick answers the phone once #3 is pressed, and says she is with Consumer Services. When asked why the difference is into she said that was a Marketing company that called and that was all she knew. (yea what ever).
Same Old SCAM, just a new call Center group. Where is the NSA when you need them.

Caller I.D. states "Salt Lk City Ut" - This is an auto-dial sales pyramid scam with recorded message that tells how your verified telephone number is aded to a computer generated product sales list and every time a phone number is answered it generates money for the person that forwarded the number. If you want to know more just stay on the line and leave your name and number and someone will call you back and sign you up. I am on the federal do not call list, so this is a scam and is now blocked by my PhoneTray Pro software.

He had the nerve to tell me not to press the any numbers I told him he they had no business calling me in the first place because I am on the Do Not Call registry and they are breaking the law . Every week there is 3 or 4 new telephone numbers calling here several times a day.

This is an unso0licited spam call Apparently fairly new one since there is little to record this number. I did not stick around long enough to get info other than to know it was a fraudulent call.
