No idea who this is, have no relationship with this name.  

Assume it is a telemarketer.

I was encountered by him through a dating website "Amor" back in 2011. Gave me the same details and requests for $. I researched his name online and surprised to see the many reports of his previous & current scams. Why hasn't he been caught yet? He needs to be stopped and locked away! I still get message requests from him that I ignore. My last reply to him was 9/2013.

Received call from these numbers 660 473-8708/ 801 257-6155/ 1 22 55555/ 256-365-7666/  from a man by the name of Richard Javier Demetrio with a 17th year old son living with a in Alabama. Good looking guy very good in what he is doing, smooth romance talker, heavy middle eastern accent. Beware he will be asking for money, he can be found on facebook.com using the identity of Ragheb Alama a Lebanese Singer also found on facebook.com.  Said he is a chemical engineer,unemployed needing money for medicin and food.   Got scammed for well over $10,000 . Please Do Not send any money no matter how romantic he sound.

I work for teleperformand w the insurance....the reason they call from the insurance is not to sell but because u already signed up for it and they are calling to make sure the application is correct and look up your drug costs if u need to

I have rec'd this # calling in 4 times today, each time being dead air and did not hang up. I am a Comcast tech support rep and it keeps calling in. seems a nuisance call.

This was a switchboard number so they asked what company called me.  In my case a message was left that it was Wellcare - my Rx insurance company. They were following up on a call I had made re a problem 2 days ago and it had been assigned to a rep who was calling to help resolve this.

From reading other complaints here it does look like this # does handle other companies besides Welcare, so whether all are legitimate calls or some might be from telemarketers I have no idea....as I said it is just a switchboard #.  If you don't want them to call you again, you can call and advise the operator who answers and she will take your # off the call list.

Received call from number, they left message in horrible English saying it was Motorola. Have never owned anything from that company, so I called back to be removed, center said it was closed, and gave me their hours. Though I had called during business hours.

801-257-6155 is from Motorola. It was a legitimate call since a couple of weeks I called with an issue I was having with a Motorola device.

no message left.

This is a company called TelePerformance USA.  Apparently big companies (like Verizon in my case) hire them to do some of their tech support.  They should really be less annoying about it though.  They called me twice within 15 minutes and didn't leave a message either time.  Jerks...

This Switchboard actually see's you Name and phone Number on the caller ID... They know IMMEDIATELY who you are and if they had ever called you...

I got a call today... Caller ID says Teleperformance... It's Epson, USA ( the Printers company)

I have the same problem. Teleperformance is the name in the caller id.  They call my number every day.  I do not answer.  Any ideas about how to stop it?

And one other thing the area that your caller ID says is never where they are calling from! I work in a call center in MI and it almost always says a different state on peoples caller IDs, that and the research name they tell you is normally not really where they are calling from. I sometimes call on three or more surveys a day and each of them say a different name.

All of you are very near the correct answer, but not totally correct. I work in a market research center and so I know what I am talking about. These are centers that make out going calls contracted on the behalf of other companies. Sometimes they are calling about customer satisfaction follow-ups, sometimes political opinions, banking, anything that you get a follow-up call and they say "I'm calling on the behalf of...." these are always subcontracted. Little do you know this is a person that the call was dialed by a computer and they are in a cubical and the next person in the next cubical is calling about something totally unrelated. Here are the things these companies do not want you to know! First and foremost the national do not call list does not apply to them. Only sales calls apply to this list. Marketing companies that operate in such a matter fall under a research call that does not count as a solicited call. Don't worry there is a way around this! Do not just hang up! If you hang up they claim they did not know if the phone hung up on its own such as the phone died or plug came undone. You have to listen to the whole intro so you know what it is that is they are calling about other wise it is claimed you don't know what you are saying no to and they can call back. After hearing the intro let them know you do not want to ever be called again by their company for any reason they you want them to take your number to the supervisor that is over the companies Do Not Call List! If you ask nicely they will even tell you what company gave them the number! What ever company they are calling on behalf of is it, but if it is a survey such as politics they do not tell you up front. One big thing to keep in mind though is the person calling you is paid either minimum wage or just over and they don't want to call you anymore then what you want them to be calling. It is just a job and the economy is bad we have to make money how we can! So just like you don't want someone to cuss you out at your job when they are not satisfied give the poor person on the end of the line the same respect. Also remember they are who enters in the computer if you get called back or not so if you make them mad they can and most likely will put in for another call!

HEY I GOT A CALL FROM (801) 257-6155 AND DID SOME PLAYING WITH NUMBERS AND GOT THE SAME COMPANY AT 801-257-6153 IS WAS THE HELP DESK TRY IT AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET HELP THAT WAY THEY SAID IT WAS A CALL CENTER FOR TACO BELL, MCDONALDS, AND LOTS FO OTHER PLACES I DONT THINK THEY LIKED THAT I GOT THAT NUMBER. OOPS! I JUST HOPE IT STOPS THE CALLS. GOOD LUCK

How can you get your number removed fm the DNC list & talk to a live rep @801 257 6155? Let us know when someone ever responds to the callback. There's nobody on the line but-- like clockwork (or is it computerized?) they call our tel 3x a day at least! Very annoying! & all the more that we don't p-up tel since they don't hv the courtesy to lv a msg.
