I keep getting a call from this number about a debt of Tracy . Tracy was my son and he died in a Salt Lake City, Utah hospital on June 19, 2008. It has been over 3 years and I want these phone calls to stop. Can you help?

I have an account with Myriad Genetic Laboratories which is being paid on an automatic deduction monthly from my checking account. I have been receiving calls from a paralegal with a law firm who handles collections for Myriad. The firm does not have accurate, up-to-date information, threatens to report me to credit bureau and wants me to prove payments by sending my bank statement. I told her to check with Myriad or pay me a fee to take my take to prove to her that she was making a mistake.
