Doctors billing services. Does not name doctor/provider. Recording provides an 'account number' and 800 telephone number so you can contact them. Scam is written all over this one.

They called. I didn't answer, they left a message, didn't say who they were. Just left an account number and said they hoped yo hear from me. No company name or anything.

They are calling either because they are exempt from having to honor the Do Not Call list or are scofflaws who are making illegal sales calls. No way to tell without more reports on this number.
