i get a call once or twice a day from this number, (which i believe if answered cud cost quite a bit as it from the usa and im in little ol england. so i have to answer and reject otherwise they leave messages.

I also had a similar experience.  I was okay with the verbal questions and I was open to doing the survey to get the $10 certificate.  The survey is very detailed and very personal, and it was obvious it was going to be very long, so I abandoned the page.  Then the second call came... surprising.  I simply ignored them after googling for the number here.  

Seems legitimate but too detailed and unattractive.

i got a call from a number a week ago asking me to take a survey about pizza over the phone for gift certificate. they asked my email and said they would email me the link to redeem my certificate. i never got the email... not that i cared, just found it odd.

fast forward 2 weeks and i get a call on a saturday evening from a young man asking me if i got the email and saying it was picked up in spam blockers and a bunch of b***s***.

i got a call from this number asking me to take a survey at www.4research.net/pizza and they gave me a 9 digit PIN number to log in and receive my gift certificate certificate. when i asked how he got my number he stuttered and couldn't get it out. i told him to take me off the list and f*** off
