I got a phone call from this number at 12:10 am on 7/2/2011. Caller ID said "WALKER TIFFANY". I didn't answer, but a message was left. It was a woman's voice laughing with a sinister sounding "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha". I looked up the phone number at whitepages.com. It was listed under 2 people: Jim W. Gochnour (age 65+) and Karen E. Gochnour (age 35-39). The address listed was: 1786 Downington Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84108-2910. The voice sounded like my former houseguest Ruby Teresa Garcia (DOB 08/26/1962), a career criminal, con artist, and drug addict who ripped me off and nearly destroyed me in June 2010 and has been harassing me since.
