They called on a business line. I answered and it was just music playing.

This number calls me and hangs up.

These people appear to be trying to skip trace people they think are relatives or friends. Don't give out any info.

I received a call from this number.  As soon as I picked up the phone they hung up.  I looked on the Internet, it is posted as a collection company my husband & I paid our bills & DO NOT want to receive these type of calls.

Sneaky, pathetic, bill collector. I have placed their previous # on call block so since I live in SLC, they thought they would cleverly use a SLC # to trap me. Me knowing their game was prepared that they would try the bait and switch and so I gave them no information. This # will go on call block next, thereafter I will just change my # and then these son's of B#$%#s will have to find new victims to harass.

A man called telling me he was trying to get in contact with my neighbors and asked it he was calling the right number and if I would go leave them a message as they live near me.  He called from this local dummy number so I picked up, but gave a 1-800-353-5984 as a number for me to give them.  I can't figure out who this is or what they want but it sounds like bill collectors.  Real nuisance call.

This number called my Mother about my ex-husband OF 12 YEARS! The caller proceeded to ask if there had been children during the marriage and if the child could call her and give them any information on him. Asking for help from a under age child? WOW.

They called my parents house asking for me but in regards to my ex husband's first wife.  They said she had listed me as an emergency contact.  My ex husband's first wife was always dodging collectors so I'm sure its a debt collector.  She also disliked me so I know she didn't list me as a contact.  I called the number back, blocking my number, and they confirmed my phone number that I had blocked so blocking your # will not work.

they wanted me to go check on those neighbors......what nerve, they don't even live in the same building.

they call me asking about my neighbors and if i know em and if i am their friend and if i have any information on them, they will not tell me who they are or what they want, however they get mad when i don't answer their questions and i tell them they are invading my privacy and how did the get my phone number.

This number belongs to United Recovery Systems. A debt collector.

Collection Company using a dummy local number for their caller ID. This one was for Capital One and the lady had the balls to say that the only reason I answered was because I didn't recognize the local number (as most collection calls come from unknown, private or out of state). I am not sure if this deceptive practice is illegal but should be looked in to.

They called and I asked...they would not tell me what is was about...I asked that they please do not call, but the chick said they will continue to call until they reach me...even though it was me on the phone...They would not tell me who they were, but wanted all my information at first...I don't do that...Yes I owe a lot of people money...I am not going to lie about that...but they should tell me who is calling and what it is about before they ask for all my personal information...

report this to consumer protection agency.  harassing calls, multiple calls, calls after 8pm are against the law!!!

forgot to say, im filing a complaint because of the after hours calling and annoyance on my work #.

they call nonstop at least 15 times a day between my home and cell phone.  told them to stop calling on my cell phone after they called at 9:58pm they called anyway the next day.  i told them again not to call my cell phone because it was a work #  - lady on the phone told me they will continue calling what number they wanted until they have the acct setteled to their satisfaction.  i owe them a whopping 16.00 (thought i had paid it off)  jerks~!
