Since 2 years i am getting two calls every day. I dont want to get any call from this number.

Law firm  - bending if not breaking the law regarding Fair Debt Collection. I'm filing complaints with BBB, Utah Bar and FTC.

I have received 20+ calls from this company.  I have called them back asking that I be removed from their auto-dialer and every time they apologize and say it will be removed.  I would not trust them with any legal or debt collection matters.

I agree.  They contacted me about two outstanding checks and have been nothing but nice to me.  They are willing to work with us to clear the matter up. So my advice is, quit crying and pay what you owe!

You have no clue what you are talking about. Another right winger turning everything political!! In my case they have the wrong person, wrong number and they won't stop calling. So get off your high horse and stop preaching about something you obviously are not an expert on. My guess is you are one of the people calling. And to make it worse, It is my 16 year old they are harassing during school hours no less!!

I realize that this was a while ago, but did anything happen to you after you ignored these calls? I keep getting letters and calls from these people. I was caught at Target for stealing around $50 of stuff but didnt get criminally charged but this Miss. Rose from the phone calls is claiming I owe $250 to target or they will sue me. I've done research and such but keep getting mixed messages. Should I pay or risk it?

I got a call from them asking for my 17 year old step-son. They told me that they were not at liberty to give me any information. I asked them for a call back number so I can have my husband call & they told me they couldnt give ma call back number. How STUPID is that! ...I say F*** them!

My suspicion is that   this MICHAEL B. BENNETT,  is basically running a collection agency from his office.   This may be totally legal in itself.    But his methods seem to violate most laws dealing with debt collecting.

Apparently debt collectors in Utah must be licensed and bonded, unless they are attorneys.  So that's how Bennett can engage in what he is doing.

Sent these clowns a cease and desist letter.  yet they still call.  They still haven't proved the debt they say I owe.  I am now in the process of filing complaints to BBB and the trade commission and attorney general.  I am not one who will be harassed by a scam agency.  I didn't do business with the business they said I did business with.  Please everyone, file a complaint on these people.  Its not cool what they are doing to people.  

You're assuming they are contacting the person that is defaulting on their bills.  Not always the case, ergo, the harassment complaints.

I got a letter from them today saying I owe Best Buy $300.00. In debt. But I never got a collection or any bills from best buy. I checked with Best Buy today I owe them nothing. All my bills are paid. The letter from this lawfirm states that I owe Best buy from 4 years ago. But I made sure my stuff is always paid. Sounds to me this is a scam. I am going to show this letter to my legal department where I work at. I never got a bill from best buy saying I owe money.

I have asked this business to remove my number from their call list previously.  Since they continue to call, I am reporting this telephone number to resolve.

Got called...asked them what they wanted and refused to tell me what. They are harassing me day and night and will not stop. Told them if they keep calling I was gonna call the cops, they laughed and hung up. Bunch of dick-sucker

While all that you say may be true, it is also true that half the country can not find work and it is not their fault. while corporations are bailed out with tax payer money, there are no funds to bail out good american families that have worked their entire lives until all their jobs mysteriously went away. When jobs are available they are either part time or full time for part time pay leaving the family juggling to keep their utilities on. Even though people want to pay they can't and calling constantly threatening families does not solve anything. Maybe we should all be tolerant and respectful while our country goes broke.

Bennet Law must be a bottom feeder. I have received his robo calls for the last three years for three different people. One is for my son who has not lived with me for over 10 years. He always calls but never sends a notice by mail. WHY?
