I got a call from this number at 5:54pm yesterday then just a bit ago at 8:23pm (it's 8:56pm now) and there was no voice mail left either time.  I don't pick up on numbers I don't recognize and promptly blocked it since I've got that feature on my Verizon account.

Just got a call from them...didnt answer. No idea who they are and this is ridiculous if they have been doing this since 2008.

Called - left no message. Showed on caller ID as Unknown from Utah.

Well, whoever these POSs are, they are still at in in 2013. The caller ID says "Salt Lake City, UT". There was no one on the line when I picked up. I have reported them to DNC (incase it is a legitimate telemarketer) and to the FCC for war dialing.

You are a F'ing idiot. There are many people who choose to live in Utah. It is the most diverse state in the country. Utah happens to be a very nice place with beautiful places to see. Maybe you should educate yourself and just look up National Parks within the borders of Utah. I'd would also suggest you get your lazy a** off your couch just once and leave the ghetto for five minutes.

I got a call too.  No message but from Utah.

Second call today.  At first there is silence but after I said "Hello" again a recording started and asked if I wanted to express my thoughts about the election.  The second time (same number) I saw DAN JONES A in the caller ID.

I don't know what the market research company stuff is about.  Perhaps a front?

Their IP Address, 66.93.277.100, is registered in Seattle by Shane Obray, and currently (April 2012) has seven hostnames for IDENTICAL websites:

When one of them gets into sufficient difficulty they just shut it down and create another clone site.

Also, find this statement on each home page:

"__________ offers complete packages, designed to fit a specific "services to budget" ratio."

This means that they'll try to determine what your assets are in order to extract the maximum amount possible from you.  

These people should definately be in jail.

They just called me and I called back.  They don't sell stuff, they just do customer research for someone you already do business with.   Call back and press 2 and they'll take you off the list.

This number called me too, and it is now 2012. I read the posts above, and apparently this number has been calling ppl since 2008! They didn't leave a message

Just got a call from this number, shows up as IBS, at 9:38PM EST. Didn't answer, no message left.

If you signed up for any type of at home based business thru the internet. You will get several calls from this company. The name on my caller ID this time was IBS. I've seen Cicero Research too.  Also keep seeing Merchant S.  The people calling are NOT customer service representatives. They will argue back with you. They will try and keep you on the line. They ARE VERY RUDE.

Multiple calls, never leaves message even when asked

Just got called by this number.  A youbbg girl just giggled and hung up.

Received a call from this number today Monday Jan 5, 2009 at 6:44:26 AM. No one talked and hung up after 5 seconds. I just want to know who is that individual and why is he/she disturbing me early morning?!!

Ive received a call from this number twice this week.  First time I didnt answer, no message left.  Second time I answered and there was no response.  Annoying

Received call today and didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail.  They left no message.  Caller ID says it's from Cicero Research.  I checked their web site, and it says that they're a marketing research firm.  One of their customers is Citigroup, and if that's what they're calling about, I'd be glad to tell them to shove Citigroup where the sun doesn't shine! I've had very bad experiences with Citigroup (lies, cancelled money transfers that I needed to pay bills, and more lies), and I refuse to deal with them (Citigroup) anymore.

If you call the number back an automated message tells you that this is a market research company that conducts surveys for a number of companies, they do not sell anything, but only call existing customers of these various companies to conduct surveys for them. Sounds like a bunch of b.s. to me...

missed call, no message, from this Utah area code

This is a telemarketing research group. They are calling to verify the phone number works. Then they sell it and POOF you get more calls from telemarketers. They should go away.

I called them. They do NOT sell your information.  They just appear to want to hear our opinion.  When you answer and no one is there it's b/c their system makes phone calls in the background and a call center agent isn't available to answer. They seem totally legitimate to me.

yup.  I called them too.  they're not selling info, just asking harmless questions.

They have called me multiple times with no messages left! I'm very tired of them calling me!
