Just got a call from mountain collections wanting a bunch of info, if that is who it is because the number doesn't match the website!!!

Debt collector company/has to do with outstanding or overdue medical bills

I have received and missed two calls from Mountainland Collections. About 3-4 yrs ago I had a bill that has been paid off.  As of right now, I do not have any medical bills, nor have I received any bills, statements, or notices of medical bills needing payment. I can not get a hold of anyone on call back. I am confused as to why I am getting these calls.

This is Mountainland Collections from American Fork, Utah. They use the automatic calling system. They refuse to update their records if updating them will take the account away from them.

They keep calling and when I go to answer they hang up as far as I know I should have nothing going to collection. Is it a scam or is it real I can't get anyone to call me back or even answer the phone when I try and call them.

They are a very dishonest company. Will try to double dip and get you to pay a second time for a medical bill. Be very wary of this company and do not answer their calls. I am sure they are laughing all the way to the bank about the suckers they scam twice over.

Good idea, and then your collection will go to the law office and you're wages will end up being garnished :) ...

Will you please quit calloing this number as I am in chaptyer 7 bankruptcy and I will have my attorney have you investgated for harrasment.

you are getting a call from Mountian land Collections, its often times an automated machine on the other line, if you are gettting in on your cell phone, and you aren't in fincaial trouble, then most likey its someones old cell number that is.

Apparently they are calling ME looking for a tenant who's medical accounts have been sent to collections even though he was the VICTIM of a crime and his bills are supposed to be covered by Victims Rights and Benefits in the state of Utah.

I have emailed these folks to stop calling and the continue to do so - next step, a complaint to the AG.

This is a bill collector just like they say. I believe its mt land collections.. beware

Thanks - they were calling my son's cell number (apparently looking for the previous owner of the cell number) - I did just talk to Sky - the operator - thanks for the 800 number that was supplied by "Gabby Jim" in a previous post. She says she removed our cell number and it would take 24 hours to take effect. Hope she is speaking the truth.

i get calls from this number a few times a day for the past few weeks when i call back within a few minutes it has a recording telling me it's closed??
