It's iFreedom Direct calling about a VA loan. I've told them I'm not interested right now but they keep calling so I have stopped answering.

FYI ERIC, I don't answer my phone when I'm at work unless it's a family member. THIS is why some of us don't answer those unwanted calls. Leave a message if you want a call back and stop assuming we all owe money to some collector. Unless maybe YOU are guilty of such things... Who's the nut job and lame @$$ B@$t@rd here?

got a call this afternoon, didn't answer it as i didn't recognize the number.  i have not applied for a loan of any kind so don't know what they would be calling me based on a couple of the answers above.  

Received a call today at 5:25 pm. My phone said it was a Utah number. Said they are checking on a VA Home Loan application. Which actually, we did fill out and send this past week.

In my home, we never answer calls that have their ID blocked. It's like inviting a stranger into your home...won't do that either. It's even rude for anyone to think you'll pick up a call from....?

I stupidly hit an info site for a va loan.I thought it was calling the actual VA in Washington or whatever. This woman talks to me and tells me to send this info to her concerning my va pension,eligibility letter and like she is on speed or something.I had only wanted info and the next thing I know she has done a credit check and had some other org. do a fact check on me!just what I need is a worthless inquiry on my record. I have had it with her calling and some other idiot who calls from some big collection agency in houston. I have perfect credit-I dealt with this guy and it turned out he was from India streaming calls to the USA-and it was fraudulent.

This is from IFREEDOM DIRECT.  They are a mortgage company that I did business with several years ago.  While the service was good, they will not leave you alone.  They keep calling every three to six months even though I told them to stop.  I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Received a call looking for the same person I had a creditor calling about yesterday.  Claimed to be calling about a VA loan today.

I received this call, have no idea who it was because they did not leave a message. Looking at the other posts, I did contact Lending Tree about refinancing, but was turned down because I wasn't asking for enough money....I guess you have to have astronomical debt in order for them to consider you for a loan....

Received a call from 801-493-2700 at 11am (EST). Matt with iFreedom left me a message concerning information that I had submitted yesterday with LendingTree.com.

Got a call at 3:41pm did not answer. I can't even answer my phone any more.
