Actually, I'm a real person and I wrote that because that's how I experienced Mike Jovan and his call.  It was not a bogus post.  I have no motive for doing that.

Event Reminder
Hey f*** you mohammad, Mike is a really cool guy.  You have no idea about his personal life to make any judgement on him.

He called me out of the blue in regards to the information I REQUESTED online.  I requested this information to get educated enough to make a purchase.  If you're so negative enough to bare the fact that someone was doing their JOB (which you despise having so much probably because your broke/unemployed) then you are a lost cause.

Google is a good and bad tool for business, find me a company that has no negative about them.  Wal-mart?  Bill Gates?  Please, if you get turned off by even a little negative about anyone, then you have no idea how this world goes round.  Mike has resolved all of the posts above and has an A+ retention rate in his company.

Good day.

It looks like you paid attention in creative writing Mike!!!! You are so lame!!!!! It is like anyone is going to write positive reviews of your scam on these sites.

Come clean Mike! We are waiting for an apology! Do the right thing, make your ex wife and kids you never see proud!

You should get a real job, maybe put these fictional writing skills use and write the next Harry Potter.

It could be a book about a little guy who is on quest to find his knob, but can't. You know, based on your true story.

I received a call from Mike Jovan at MMDS.  He was selling something and I'm not really interested, except that I had called in to make inquiries.  Mike was professional and nice.  I've read through these comments and I'm kind of confused because the ones that say Mike was mean aren't true.  I probably wouldn't deal with Mike again, only because I'm not a risk taker and can't see myself spending hard earned money on a possible get rich investment.  But hey, there are people who do.  But, people, Mike Jovan did try to sell me something, had answers for every objection I gave.  Just don't call to make inquiries if you don't want someone to call you back to sell you something.  That's what telemarketing is all about!  Karen C.

MMDS does not offer any kind of membership, nor has MMDS ever engaged in any business transaction with Mary Ann Hood at 618-208-7997 who has posted the original comment. Mary Ann Hood orignally purchased a CD Rom from a completely seperate company and agreed to the "terms of service" in which she was told (and agreed to) she would receive a follow-up call from a third-party company (MMDS). Mary Ann Hoods request to "cancel" any type of membership must be made with the company she engaged into the contract with, not MMDS. In the future, please to call Microsoft to cancel your membership with DirectTV ... Thanks MMDS.

801-553-0466. Today, 8-7-08, I received a call from this company saying I had purchased a 'program' from them and they had sent me a CD. I did receive a CD in the mail for some inhome kind of business, however, I emailed them to cancel this 'membership' because it had been misrepresented to me and I was NOT joining any club of any kind. Then, I called him on the telephone, and repeated my demand.  "Mike" said he would cancel it, and I requested a cancellation email telling me that is what they had done.  Will wait and see. If it isn't cancelled, and I don't receive this email, I will contact the FCC, and the FTC, about his business practice.

The email you provided on file was an invalid account hence we received a returned email. had you called us back we would have corrected this. You purchased the CD Rom from Bidfuel not Ebay, Please correct your incorrect posting as it confuses our clients that truly need our help. In the future, please don't purchase items from us if you truly have no desire to use it properly. Thank you.

Your information is absoluelty incorrect. First, our company is MMDS not MMTS. Second, our company uses VOIP software to detect any recording on call logs in which case the call you claim to have recorded was not. Finally, you gave your contact information to our company and requested a call from MMDS per the online user terms of service which the DNCL does not apply to established clients. You had the option to check DNC but failed to do so. The purpose of the call was to help you with your purchase and your claims of profanity defames our corporate reputation and is unlawful in many states. We will seek to get this matter resolved to the fullest. Thank you.

The only way you would have received a call from our company is if you purchased something online from our partnering companies. If your claim that you did not purchase anything is correct, you will need to contact your credit card company to investigate potential identiy theft. MMDS is an honorable company with outstanding credentials. For more info check out what the BBB has to say about MMDS. http://utah.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=139&bbb=1166&firm=22218346

Yes, I received a call, also. The caller hang up when I answered the phone, on Thursday, 6/12 caller ID showed Jovan, Casey 801-553-0466. On Friday, the same caller ID showed up again, the guy said his name was "Mike Jovan." He said that eBay asked him to call me, because I had asked for info from "BidFuel" and they were required to give eBay the information when people ask for their packet. He went on to say that he was part of "eBay's Wealth Development Team" and wanted to know if I wanted to become a Power Seller. I really doubted that he was from eBay, he kept asking me if I wanted to work with eBay's top Power Sellers and if I was willing to do as I was told. If I wanted to "drop-ship" plasma TV's, etc. I would not commit to anything on the phone and he said he would send an email which has not arrived.

returned phone call 801-553-0466 that showed on my caller ID, Mike answered and said Corporate Office, I announced my name and told him this call was being recorded; i asked corporate office of what? he said MMTS, it is affiliated with GOOGLE, at that point i asked to be taken off their calling list. This guy became a real a***ole, at which time I told again this coversation was being recorded and was being forwarded to my attorney, he responded by saying he didnt give a F@#$. I told him to have a nice day and hung up on him. as i am typing this it is being recorded to a WAV. file and will be forwarded with the time date and name of the supposed person i spoke with, which his name was Mike. I am on the DNCL which does no good. They probably are the ones that sell the information to all these callers. I have an unlisted number, how else would he know my complete name????? it was not a random call

left message for me to call "Mike" from eBay.  Said that I would know what it was about.  Wrong, I do not know what it is about.  I believe this is a scam call.
