Just received call from this number.  I answered - no one there.  I put the phone on speaker and waited.  About 30 seconds later, a woman came on and said she wanted to do a survey about my banking experiences.

I told her I'm on the "Do Not Call" list.  Long silence so I hung up.

I got this call last night -- didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message -- how does someone put a call on their "call rejection list?"

This number has been hitting me for about 2 weeks now.  It's Sunday night at 8:05 and these jerks still have their computer autodialing me.

Caller is in Utah and it's a land line (reverse lookup).  Other than that, I get silence.

Why are so many of us getting these really wierd phone calls?  Calling & leaving no message, and worse, calling and just silence.  Cannot get a name to come up in search.  This is only site found.

Called business phone - when I went to retrive message it was just a long pause (they did not hang up) and did not not speak either.

Ughh.. this number keeps calling my cell phone about 3-4 times a day. Leaves no message. I am reporting it to the donotcall.gov today.

I too received a call. This was to my personal cell phone. The woman started her script and then asked to talk to the male or female of the household. I said " This is a personal cell phone" and she hung up on me.

I get a call from this number once a day. Pick up the phone, no one is there. I finally put them on my call rejection list today.

Yup, they left a message as if they thought I picked up and almost in mid-sentence hung up.  They identified themselves as from Chase.  They where looking for my ex-wife who is a Chase customer.

They called my cell and this number was at one time the only number the ex and I had.

Granted I thought she had her own line when she started banking with them.

I just recieved a call from this number , they said they were from Chase BAnk ...

I'm the same person who did the previous post.  I was finally able to answer their call today and it was just a customer service survey regarding my recent service by Acura motors.

Why don't you just stop bothering us in the first place.     You're calling our homes, interrupting our lives (in my case dinner) and more often than not you  have the temerity to simply let the call drop after disturbing us.    You have a lot of nerve criticizing us for being rude.

Great job getting to the bottom of this one.    They called me today and left a message on my phone.  Your excellent work pretty much removes any questions I might have had about who was calling.    Thanks.

The easiest way to get people to stop being rude to your phone jockeys is to quit flooding us with unwanted calls.

I am a supervisor at this company, Western Wats.  The reason some people get calls from us and nobody's there, is that a bonehead supervisor isn't controlling how many calls are dropped.  On average, only about 4% of our calls we don't get to.  Please don't be rude to the agent, how would you like it if people were rude to you ALL DAY LONG at your job?  The easiest way to get us to stop calling, is to just complete the survey.  Most of them are 2-5 minutes, just give easy and straightforward answers, and it will go even quicker.

got the call from some research firm in Utah. Came in as "UT wireless". I listed to the 60 second canned intro and then said "thank you, no" and asked to be taken off of their list. I live behind the cheddar curtain.

This is the phone number for a research firm called Western Watts (westernwats.com). They were hired by Honda to survey customers who had work done at a dealership. The area code is for Seattle.

Upon reading the previous posts, I have realized that it is a customer survey call from the Acura I had serviced.  Guess the telemarketing call I received had a very similar number.

This company consistantly calls me 3-4 times a day for the past 2 weeks.  They left a message once claiming that I had chosen as a finalist in some contest I entered.  I know for a fact that I have not entered in any contest.

Keep getting calls on my cell #.

801-623-4625 has been calling me at least 5 times the past week.  I never was able to answer the call but they never leave any messages.  Strange they keep calling...
