Same deal - multiple calls a day and night - hang up when I answer with either my business response or just a personal Hello. Caller ID sometimes says Utah and other time Customer Focus
My phone number also has a do not call listing.  Very frustrating !

the caller identification showed "Cypress Communi" number displayed, 801-656-0346. 11:33 A.M.Jan.,25,2012. don't remember the call that day, calling back the message from the phone companies automated trouble system said,"due to network difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time.please try your call again later."

Now it's been about 4 months later, and my Charge Card has been compromised - well over $6000.00.  I think it was a phishing call.  Do not give anyone any information.

Just about daily, these annoyers call our "DO NOT CALL" number.. ringing only twice then hanging up. Why do they even bother, except to make a bad name for themselves?!?

I just got a call from this number. They asked to speak to my mother. She died in 1987. How OLD is the phone list they're using?

I am on the do not call registry.  Apparently this doesn't work anymore.  I am getting calls from this Community Cypress.  I screen my calls for this purpose.  They need to follow the rules of the do not call registry and stop calling.  I have no idea who they actually are.

Just got a call from the 801-656-0346 from Utah and they wanted a donation for cancer. We are on the do not call registry

I GUESS WE ALL ARE GETTING THE SAME PHONE CALL.. WE ARE ALSO ON THE DNC LIST.. IT'S OBVIOUS IT DOESN'T WORK... THE NUMBER COMES UP AS UTAH 1-801-656-0346 ON OUR CALLER ID AS WELL.. WHEN I CALLED IT BACK ALL I GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL... THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GO VOICEMAIL.. IF IT IS IMPORTANT THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED...

I sent an email to the FCC reagarding this...I am so frustrated because we keep getting these calls and no one is doing anything about it....all they do is callnight and day and leave no message on your machine, or if you do happen to answer, they hang up on you.....something needs to be done...the do not call list is ineffective...

Early morning wake-up call from "UTAH", 801-656-0346.  We are on the Do-Not-Call List, but this is our second Friday morning call.  Same time!  Last call was from Miami 786-358-5639, and was the same hang up.  They're getting their info from the same place!

I just got a call from this number and when I tried to call them back, it said it has been disconnected. And "Rose"...that IS creepy :/

Caller ID said "Utah".  The guy asked for Rose.  I said this is Rose.  He said well I'll call back.  I said this is Rose, he said, Well you have a nice evening.  Then he hung up.  Creepy

I was told that this was the Faternal Order of Police.  The guy begged for a donation.  I told him that he could send me the information, but I doubted if I would send him anything.  He asked me to please consider.  Then, later, I phoned the number which is in Utah and it is a discontinued number.

I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.  I NEVER ANSWER AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.  IT'S APPARENT TO ME THAT THE " DO NOT CALL LIST" DOESN.T WORK.  THESE UNKNOWN IDIOTS FROM VARIOUS UNKNOWN NUMBERS WILL CALL ANYWAY. I GET ALOT OF THESE DIFFERENT KIND OF CALLS, BUT NEVER ANSWER.

Just got the same Utah call in Florida.  I don't know who and really don't care!

Same, caller ID said UTAH

Answered the phone the guy asked for susan, I said yes this is susan.  He hung up!  How do we find out who this is and stop it???

Got a call from this number.  A guy asked for "Maria" and when I said this is "Maria", he hung up.
Tried calling the number and it says it is "disconnected".

I just received a call from 801-656-0346 "Cypress Community".  My husband received the call & the woman asked to speak to "Nan".  He gave me the phone & I asked, "who is this"?  It sounded like a prerecorded message.  I said, "if this is a solicitation call--I am on the DO NOT CALL" registry & not to call me for any telemarketing/solicitation calls.  We were disconnected, so I tried to call the number back to reiterate to put me on the DO NOT CALL list.  A recording came on & said the number has been disconnected or no longer in service.  I looked up the number & it came from Salt Lake City, Utah on a landline.  Does anyone know who these people are?

Received a call from 801-656-0346.  Caller ID said just:  Utah.  When you answer this call, there is noone there.

Would like to be removed from their "Call List".

We are tired of the unwanted calls.  We are reporting 801-656-0346 and would like them to put us on their DO NOT CALL list...

This idiot called at 9PM and the caller ID says Utah with the number. We are on the "do not call" list and our number is unlisted. The guy says he is from the order of police officers and is he speaking to the lady of the house? I told him we do not accept phone calls after 8PM and never from someone like him. I told him never to call my home again and it was way to late at night to be begging for anything! What a jerk...........................
