I received 13 text messages from this lady called Dr Sarah Walker she wanted to me to send her a A laptop to Her son in Africa where her son is in the guards and she wanted me  to send me amount of money to me through a money order in the mail and I looked it up on the internet and there's about 18 scams about this don't call for the area code 801 its a Moneyorder (fraudscam)the guy at the Company called Memaw said watch out for this its a tracking number you send the cat package I heard an awesome you don't get your money back and As this happen often and other scams as well

When I got one email i thought awh west africa? and then when i got 2 emails i thought its definetly a scam WATCH OUT FOR LILIAN ROY AND MRS JENNIFER SCOTT!!!

I had the same thing happen as Diane. I was selling a computer on craigslist and I got a reply email about his son that lives in africa. he wanted me to ship it there. ok buddy sounds fishy.

Same here, I am selling photo enlarger on Craigslist. The man said his son lives in West Africa and wanted to pay me extra to ship it there for his Birthday. I was a bit skeptical but now I know for sure.....beware

I didn't receive a call but was selling something on craigslist. the buyer gave me a long story about his brother being sent to africa for work and if i could ship the item quickly (resulting in a cost of 150 dollars)

Same as previous comments. E-mail scam via Cragslist with this number attached to it! Beware people... scam!!!

most names used for internet fraud are real names of those who practice the act. names has no meaning all you need do it track the package through the post office and it will be followed properly. i once had the issue and got my laptop back from ghana but the supposed guy who picked up the parcel does not bear that name as was given....i have sworn never to sell without money upfront!!!

Hey, he did the same thing to me, i actually kept is email and said i reported him to the FBI for Scamming with a fake paypal website.

801 659 7559 was signed a the bottom of email from supposed Ryan, I received from a man interested in buying my photo enlarger on craigslist. He wanted to pay me $140 extra so I would ship it to Africa for his sons Birthday...wanted me to pay by paypal or online money order. I never called the number but was very skeptical so  I researched it and here I am. Do not ever ship a Craiglist item anywhere and you will be safe.

ooohhhh i'm soooooo pissed.  I've been talking to anthony amobi and now this is all a scam.  I have a real diamond ring posted on craigslist for 150 and he sent 250 and they paypal reciet thing actually looks real!  but its telling me it doesn't kick in until the tracking number is sent.  so i'm not stupid and researched in first.  he told me the ring is for his daughters birthday. oooo i'm pissedd!

Got the exact same messages from Anthony Ikem & Anthony Amobi. Sent me a money order from memoco.com. Attached were instructions to mail the item to his daughter in Nigeria, immediately. Once they had confirmation they'd release the funds. I'd never heard of them so I googled it & thankfully came up with this blog. The item listed was only 250.00 he sent 400.00 to cover shipping!

The same thing happenend to me. I was selling a camera on craigslist and a woman by the name of lyndra dumsomething said she wanted it through the memoco website but didn't give me the right web address from the company. I looked up the company and called their customer service line and they even asked if the package was being sent to Nigeria!! Haha they said that they had nothing to do with it. This is of course after I gave my address but I didn't send the package thank god. I will send the threatening message they sent after I called them out when I get off work so that people know that these people should be thrown in jail.
